They have my favorite brand of cherries and Goya beans. Also, their homemade classic guacamole has no cilantro. Yay!

Overall the store was like any other stores but what stood out to me was loose barrels of coffee beans from many different regions/country as well as many different flavors. It's bakery section is also very good with fresh baked breads and baked items. A little more expensive than other chain stores but completely worth it.

We have always been satisfied with our meat purchases from FM, but the last time we bought some really expensive filet skewers we were very disappointed with the quality and knew it could not be filet since it was tough and had grizzle all throughout the meat. We couldn't even eat it. I submitted a survey and complained but it's been several weeks now and I received no response. So I'm very disappointed that this happened. We lost our trust in this store.

The Germantown Fresh Market, Germantown TN is just a delight for my shopping. Today, and last week I purchased Salmon filets that were delicious. I usually go to the White Station store, but think I prefer this store. Thank you for your great store and customer service. Loved our salmon dinner tonight.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN. I LOVE SHOPPING HERE THE ENVIRONMENT IS SO VERY PLEASANT AND THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS THE BOMB WITH A SMILE.

I went to pick up my Christmas rib roast that I ordered and it turns out I had jotted down my date wrong. Which is totally my fault, and though disappointing is not a big deal. They told me they had already sold it - again, not a big deal. What was a big deal was when the gentleman behind the counter who I assumed to be the deli manager was very rude to me and tried to confirm my order by my telephone number. When he did that I innocently asked oh did you try to call me, and he got even more rude. I had my child with me or I would have stayed to find a manager. I don't typically look for people's managers or try to get folks in trouble, but his attitude was the very opposite of customer service during an already stressful time of year. Thank you sir for making a stressful and unpleasant situation even more so. Do something about your customer service guys. Huge shout out to Kroger Farmington who saved the day! I will plan to use them from now on.

Walked away from my cart and left the store. One register open, on a Saturday afternoon, no less, with 13 people in line (yes, I counted.) I'm tired of giving money to a business that doesn't value my time, or my money. Tried to call the manager when I got home. The phone rang so many times without anyone answering that it finally dropped the call automatically.

Picked up sushi grade tuna to make ceviche. Who else would have it! Butchers are always willing to help find what I need.

Can never resist tasting their coffee! Love the freshly made sushi by Sushi With Gusto that is owned by Mathew n Ella - I used to work here as a sushi chef many many yrs ago. Love to be able to churn out my peanut butter before puchasing too!
