If I could give no stars I would. 2 lanes open at all times if youre lucky (and the lines go all the way back to back). No carts (and I mean NEVER a cart). Was told they were stolen. Nope, just sitting in the parking lot. Rude staff (and I mean everyone is rude). Before the pandemic they were constantly out of random things. Almost like someone wasnt keeping track of their stock. This place is miserable. I avoid it at all costs.

I hate coming to this location. Uscan is the only lane open at night and the line is always to the back of the store.

Very clean, open and spacious. Vegetables fresh with multiple colors, offer fruit and vegetable trays. The bakery is always spit on with any pastry you may be looking for. Much more and is a good store. I used my Kroger card and saved $53.00 on my grocery. Thanks Kroger.

Never again am I doing PICK UP at this location! Came for my groceries, once I get home half of them are missing! When called to let them know, was told to come get the groceries they would be ready for pick up, or now as am writing this had to come into the store to be asked “was I going to get missing items myself” if that was the case I would have came to get them to begin with! 10 mins and still do not have missing groceries!!

So first off, every deal almost requires you to buy 10 of an item. Fine but when it's on ice cream, milk, pies, etc. Who would ever buy 10 at once??? Plus they can't keep it stocked and the self checkout barely works correctly. They no longer have employees check you out at least when I was there they didn't. They are super rude at customer service, I've had to get checks cashed or other things besides returning stuff and they basically treat you like your nothing and pretend to not see me in line. They were talking and finally said why are you standing there you need to come to use! When the sign says do not cross until called upon!!! Ugh this is frustrating

Do not order anything from this store ever! 2 weeks ago our first responders group ordered 2 baked turkeys. Today when we should up to pick them up we were given multiple excuses on why our Thanksgiving lunch was not ready. Finally they admitted they had forgotten and that it would just be 15 min. We waited for over an hour and 45 min and decided to just cut our losses with Kroger and cancel our Thanksgiving lunch. We were risking a half cooked turkey and we needed to return to our shifts. No apologies were offered, no explanation. This is no way to treat anyone, specifically during such a special holiday. Shame on this Kroger , specifically the Deli staff and the rude rep at customer service. I'm posting the refund receipt as proof.

::::Update:::: I’ve discovered that picking up between 7-8 gets my groceries out to me in a timely manner. ClickList closes at 8 and the employees seem to have a sense of urgency in that pickup time. However, I still find items wrong on my list. I do manage substitutions through the app when they are out of things, but I constantly receive the wrong items. On Friday (11/12/21) I picked up a BIG order and the cheese I got was moldy and OUT OF DATE! Pleased to say that after numerous chances, I am officially done with the ClickList service and this location. *********************************************** They need to re-evaluate how they operate their ClickList department. There is no communication and it leaves people waiting an hour or more for orders. It’s frustrating to see people arrive after you and receive their order before you. This isn’t a one time experience either. This is an ongoing problem. How is there only one person that operates the whole department? I will say the young lady who does work the department is nothing but nice and courteous, but maybe management should get her some help and figure out a better system of working because their current setup is awful.

Only 2 lanes open, and that's inside! Don't try the Pick-Up service, you'll be sitting for awhile. I understand why the store has gone downhill. One word... IGNORANCE!

From no cashiers, to no carts, to 2 lines of 10 plus carts waiting to check out. This Kroger can’t seem to get a handle on Modern times. Although there’s plenty of personnel in other parts of the store, staffing the checkout line doesn’t seem to be a priority at this location. It’s a shame for a business that has a computerized system to call workers to the front when there are more than four people in the checkout line.

DO NOT ORDER A PHOTO CAKE FROM THIS LOCATION.Ordered a photo cake from here. Photo was not centered at all. I put a lot of stuff on top of the cake to coverup the awful job Kroger did with the cake. That was not all I told the guy three times to make sure confetti used on the 24 cupcakes I ordered Do Not use the pastel Easter egg colors use the regular blue green red yellow etc. colors so that the cupcakes would match the cake picture. I had pastel girly colors on my sons 24 birthday cupcakes. Also from a previous birthday I said no confetti and they put confetti on it. The same guy have been taking my cake order each time. I can tell he doesn’t want to take the order which is so annoying to me because I just really want to be able to order my cake and get out of there. The cake is such an important feature to a birthday party and I had no desire to take a picture of the cake or to let anyone see it.
