Always check the food if you come in. A majority is expired- some even from 2017. That is if you can even get into the store because they stay closed even if they’re sitting outside though their hours are supposedly until 9. ~Sarah

Sooo, I have always been a fan of express. The clothing is quality with decent prices and great sales. However, the Amar guy, tall with glasses, that works there has made my shopping experience a tad bit intolerable for me. to even want to come back to this location. My first experience with him , he was way too pushy in requesting I sign up for a line of credit with the store. He literally almost made me yell, "I said I don't want it." He also was telling me, I might as well get everything when I said I didn't want something that was the wrong size , saying just take it to a seamstress. In the end of the transaction he told me he didn't ring 2 items and proceeded to rings the items again, after deciding to review my initial receipt, I noticed , I in fact did purchase already. Lastly in the process of doing a return, I asked him since it was my debit card and not credit could I get my return in cash and he said , I already sent it back to your card because that needs an override..... I'm sure he is good at something but customer service and express quality, is not it. 👎 ~Mercy

It has been a Saturday and I believe they sold out of a lot this evening. I browsed through instead of just rushing in and out like normal and they have rats for sale. I did not know this, not that I was looking for one but if you are. They have them here! I checked out the Guinea pigs and they are super cute. See pictures and go get one! ~Seas

So first off, every deal almost requires you to buy 10 of an item. Fine but when it's on ice cream, milk, pies, etc. Who would ever buy 10 at once??? Plus they can't keep it stocked and the self checkout barely works correctly. They no longer have employees check you out at least when I was there they didn't. They are super rude at customer service, I've had to get checks cashed or other things besides returning stuff and they basically treat you like your nothing and pretend to not see me in line. They were talking and finally said why are you standing there you need to come to use! When the sign says do not cross until called upon!!! Ugh this is frustrating ~Ryan

Very unprofessional, your wait time will be longer than the service. The service will be poor that you have to come back again. All I needed was for them to look and see that I have a nail and it's on the outside so I need a whole new tire.. 2 hour wait. They don't even carry my tire so I have to wait atleast another week for it to actually get fixed. I can't wait til my warranty is over I will never use this tire and battery center. ~Rachelle

The pharmacist, Chad, is always very helpful. He always works hard to find us the meds we need, even ordering alternative brands when he has the scope to do so. Staff is friendly and we rarely wait on prescriptions. This has been my primary pharmacy for the last 2 years. ~Richard
