Great grooming service! Along with cashier at check out, gave my doggie a treat! Also, information about how I can get free dog food!

I applied online and got an interview here a couple days later. They seemed so nice and i tried to call back during business hours about my application because i need a new job. I was told i would get a call back WEEKS AGO and now i got an email TODAY Aug 8,2022 saying the position was either filled or they cancled my application. Wasted mine and their time, money, and gas. I personally have good work ethics and experience, love animals, and talking to people or helping people learn about their pets, their needs and their wants. The interviewer made it sound promising that i could get the job. Now i either have to keep my food service job or continue my search for something that isn't an unlivable wage. Spoiler alert they said new minumum might be 15 an hour, almost no one follows that rule. The other place i tried offered 11 when advertising 15. (ahem Marshalls) If you change your mind I'd still be willing to work here for 15 an hour.

I almost left the store thinking they did not have what I needed. A clerk asked if he could help me and to my surprise they had exactly what I need. The clerk walked me to exactly what I was looking for. Satisfied customer

Terrible groomer, my dog's cut was not what I asked for (Westy Cut), my pet was left unattended, I never received a phone call or text saying my dog was ready for pickup. The store manager never responded to help me, the assistant Mgr. was very cold, showed no concerns for my pet or my complaint, after waiting for 45 minutes, I finally got my dog, this visit cost me $66.00!! I won't be back.

Rarely are there employees to help if you have a question. The people at checkout seem to be wandering and you are left just standing there waiting to be checked out. I could go to Walmart if I wanted this experience.

I love petco. I would live to give them 5 stars. However every time I go they are out of reptile stuff and dont usually know when they will get more. And it's not for lack of trying. I love my neighborhood employees. They're always super helpful. Its just the company thing. Anyways. They're great! Just need better reptile stock. My dog maya loves coming in and just checking things out. Plus she always gets a treat or toy so of course she love them 😊😊😊

Horrible experience. Took my Pomeranian to get groomed and asked them for a trim. They called us in less than an hour and my pom had been shaved completely. They didn’t even call to ask us if it was okay. They don’t know how to groom dogs properly and wanted to get through it as soon as possible. Any good groomer knows to never cut a Pom’s fur this much and his hair was not matted when we took him in. Do NOT take your pet here! Wish I could give less than one star…

The staff is kind, but unknowledgeable. There’s a disturbing number of dead fish in every tank, in stages of decomposition all the way to skeletal remains. No truly animal-loving company would allow its customers to purchase fish that require 10+ gallons while promoting the sale of micro tanks meant for planting, nano shrimp, or rehabilitation. Fish need room to thrive, not just survive. They should not be placed in overcrowded tanks, filters and hiding places clogged with carcasses, tank mates nipping at their tails. Fish should not be sold alongside new, one gallon, unheated and not cycled tanks. I only get fish here to rehabilitate them myself because there are no other aquatic stores in this area. A young tiger pufferfish should not have over a dozen tank mates. No one should come here looking for a new pet to find countless ill, suffering, rotting ones. Lives are not disposable, and these instances are avoidable.

Clean but they allow dogs to be on flexi leashes which can be a problem if you're trying to socialize your dog and a big dog comes running up to your dog and it isn't friendly and now it's 10ft away from it's owner trying to get to my dog. Lots of small animals and fish to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place.

I knock off 1 star for their higher prices. All the other stars are for their friendly staff, which is because they are pet lovers, and pet people stick togather. Pets are welcome in the store (like all other locations) as most of you should know. You can get your pet groomed here, which I never have, so I can't comment on the skills or value.
