Sooo, I have always been a fan of express. The clothing is quality with decent prices and great sales. However, the Amar guy, tall with glasses, that works there has made my shopping experience a tad bit intolerable for me. to even want to come back to this location. My first experience with him , he was way too pushy in requesting I sign up for a line of credit with the store. He literally almost made me yell, "I said I don't want it." He also was telling me, I might as well get everything when I said I didn't want something that was the wrong size , saying just take it to a seamstress. In the end of the transaction he told me he didn't ring 2 items and proceeded to rings the items again, after deciding to review my initial receipt, I noticed , I in fact did purchase already. Lastly in the process of doing a return, I asked him since it was my debit card and not credit could I get my return in cash and he said , I already sent it back to your card because that needs an override..... I'm sure he is good at something but customer service and express quality, is not it. 👎

I love Express clothing! The customer care team is stellar and their associates are friendly. The tall guy (I don't know his name) has the best customer service skills and he was very helpful. It has been a pleasure to interact with Jimmy as well! Thanks you guys for promtly rectifying the problem!

I love Express jeans! Can’t really afford them $96 a pair, but when I can squeeze that out every now and then, this is my jeans store! Always clean and tidy! They will greet you at the door.
