Best sunglasses store in Bartlett, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Sooo, I have always been a fan of express. The clothing is quality with decent prices and great sales. However, the Amar guy, tall with glasses, that works there has made my shopping experience a tad bit intolerable for me. to even want to come back to this location. My first experience with him , he was way too pushy in requesting I sign up for a line of credit with the store. He literally almost made me yell, "I said I don't want it." He also was telling me, I might as well get everything when I said I didn't want something that was the wrong size , saying just take it to a seamstress. In the end of the transaction he told me he didn't ring 2 items and proceeded to rings the items again, after deciding to review my initial receipt, I noticed , I in fact did purchase already. Lastly in the process of doing a return, I asked him since it was my debit card and not credit could I get my return in cash and he said , I already sent it back to your card because that needs an override..... I'm sure he is good at something but customer service and express quality, is not it. 👎 ~Mercy

Kierra at the front desk was wonderful. She definitely did an outstanding job with the flow of the front desk and training. She has top notch customer service. She took care of all my needs and questions. My doctor was very thorough and gave me options and gave me her recommendations. Emily assisted me with ordering my contacts and was very knowledgeable on what she was doing. ~TABITHA
