The Dr was great the staff not so much they were rude the manager left 2 trainees there. I went in for the 79$ special and was told I was going to be paying 190$ because my lenses were not single vision lenses but the eye Dr at Walmart said that they were. I paid for my exam and left I will not be back and if you decide to go here go to the poplar location.

They are very racist and stereotypical! The staff is unprofessional and does not mind using profanity! They also want to rush you out the door to have a smoke break. The bathroom is a mess! Smells of food and cigarettes. My glasses were ordered incorrectly and I was blamed for it!!! I went to go see if they were fixed, and they were not, so I got a refund. We were watched by two staff members as we looked for name brand glasses. They disappeared when we needed the to unlock every glasses we wanted to try on. The place was full of people but we were the only ones followed. Because we were paying out of pocket, with no insurance, they treated us differently. I would not recommend going there. I never was contacted to pick up my glasses. I had to call several times and was put on hold and quickly brushed off the phone. Please DO NOT GO HERE!

Picked up my glasses, she put my transitions under UV light to activate them before Going back outside. Fast, friendly service. She also fixed my nose piece that had broken off on my old glasses. Great service

Had two pairs of glasses in hand, ready to buy on a Saturday. It was an house before closing time. Was told they stop putting in orders 2 hrs before close. Then why are you open?! I called the other location and they are happy to sell me the glasses I want up until closing time so I am spending the gas money to go to the other location.

The staff at America's Best on Hwy 64 are AMAZING! I am super busy and always seem to wait until the last minute to visit them. They always get me in and out quickly and are always very nice to deal with! Thank you guys for taking such good care of me!

This is the worst customer service, unprofessional staff, and worst experience I’ve ever had in years. Jonathan, the rude unknowledgeable associate that checked me out should never be in a customer service setting, especially there. He was incompetent, uncaring, unpleasant & had the worst manners I’ve ever been around in a public setting. Kathy, the current manager should probably do some much necessary training as she chooses employees to deal with customers in an office setting. This is the most incompetent, in pleasant appointment I’ve ever experienced. I hope Regional management decides to hire professional people that know about customer service before placing them in their stores. He was a poor example of good customer service, I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location, unless they want some backwards, unintelligent associate to attempt to wait on customers for a professional experience. Very poor taste in the hiring of this individual.

Fast forward- I’ve been having trouble seeing anything and I looked at my contacts and sure enough- it’s the wrong prescription! When trying to call and tell them- the front desk lady completely blew me off and was so rude and said I had to pay to have another eye exam done. AFTER THEIR MISTAKE!!! I will never be back here! Rude and disgusting customer service!

It is a shame the we have businesses that are still practicing that Old practice of “ Bait and Switch.” This company does. What’s really sad is this, I left that location and went directly across the street to Walmart and picked out the same exact glasses, explained my experience with Americas Best Contacts and received the same glasses without having to pay 1 DIME because I had great insurance. People please don’t be misled by this chain of Hustlers. Just be straight up with what you are advertising, hire people with better people skills and you will do much better. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere.
