There’s usually only one cashier even if the line becomes long. Other than that, this Petco usually has everything I need.

This particular location has gone downhill. Their stock is typically low and the grooming department is awful. The groomers cancelled and rescheduled four times with the last time being a text to simply cancel. The grooming department never answers or responds. The store is two minutes from my home yet i have to travel to another town to get my dogs groomed.

Been going there for many years for fish. Bryon has a lot of knowledge and has been there for a very long time. He should be manager or definitely higher up in the company

We went in for their dog grooming services. Each time I had to wait for about 10 min to drop off and pick up my pup. The grooming area smelled like pee and the whole store seemed a bit unkept. But the staff was friendly and very sweet. My dog is a bit of a pill. So we were pretty happy that they were able to get her trimmed up and really do anything with her. Lol. Especially her hind quarters… We were happy with the cut. The groomers are very sweet to the pets.

Brought dog in to be groomed. 15 mins late bc 2 year threw up in car on the way (things happen). Got there and no one was in grooming department. Had to yell in store to get anyones attention. They stated groomer was gone to bank. 30 mins later Dana arrived back with food. While eating her food at the desk, while being EXTREMELY rude, and shoving biscuit in her mouth… she refused to groom today “because she didn’t have time”. Hello.. we had an appt. Husband just left because at the time child was sick. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior by any place of business! I spoke with manager of the store (over phone), which states she has nothing to do with the grooming department. The grooming department does not have any management at those time. (This clearly shows!!!) Beware of this location until it gets under management!!!!!!!

It has been a Saturday and I believe they sold out of a lot this evening. I browsed through instead of just rushing in and out like normal and they have rats for sale. I did not know this, not that I was looking for one but if you are. They have them here! I checked out the Guinea pigs and they are super cute. See pictures and go get one!

This particular location is likely the worst. It’s okay if you’re shopping exclusively self service as in food, but just try and get help in aquatics and you’ll understand the 2-star review. The tanks do, however, appear clean and well kept. The problem is having to get tended to.

My mom took the dogs here. they nipped both dogs multiple times and cut the small one's dewclaw. They are groomers, not vets! A dog should not have that many cuts including all over the knuckles of the poodle's paws. The hair cuts were terrible and both dogs still had a stink
