Target optical has some of the best frames I have seen anywhere! They are name brand and super stylish. I had such a hard time making a decision that the employees had to give me their opinion ! This is the second time we’ve used Target optical! I can’t wait to get my new sunglasses!

Dr.Kelly Jackson is absolutely amazing. She is good at what she does. I have a bad astigmatism which can make things a bit harder. My other optometrist years ago gave me a pair of glasses and I couldn’t see in them and was told my eyes just had to adjust to them and I believe my eyes just got worse from there. My husband and I both got our eyes checked. We drove an hour and a half which ended up being over two hours due to accidents and traffic. We travel full time in an RV and i wouldn’t be surprised if I had to fly annually to see her because of how thorough she was. Thank you!

Entered after making an appointment and associates didn’t greet me since they were on their phones. The doctor was annoyed and clearly rushed because I was a new patient and others were waiting. She made it very clear the Target employee who scheduled me was in error. Her apology was insincere as I shared her frustration did not make me feel good as a new customer. Her actual response was “well…” Because I needed glasses, I stayed. I will not be back. Selection was small and customer service was bad.

Dr Jackson is the best optometrist. So helpful to my family. The opticians got me four pairs of glasses for less than I would have paid at even the Warehouse nearby. 2 with progressive lenses. Im a fan now.
