Worst place I have ever stopped. There was no soap in the bathroom and water all over the floor. EBT machine was down and none of the drinks were cold. NEVER go here, ever

Exxon has great hot dogs but the employees never cook them I searched 6 of their locations and could not find any hot dogs on their grills except whats left from the morning if any, they have great egg rolls on the grill but they dont ever cook them either so getting a hot dog from any Exxon is next to impossible and the buns are always hard from sitting there all day....

Its ok..reasonable prices for a gas station..the bathrooms are always clean but the fountain drink station is always nasty..but keep in mind alot of people are always in there and its hard for one person to walk away from the register to clean. They really need 2 people at all times working there that way someone is cleaning and someone at the register and when they get busy like they always are they can help one another

There is 3 lady's that work the register along with the manager and they are all extremely rude. I told one worker that manager needs to treat the customers better or find a new job and now they won't serve me gas or food there. I had hot food in my hands and they made me put it back on the shelf...not very safe with Corona Virus going on and very childish of them. I will not be back and will make sure to spead the word about the terrible customer service .

This is now a 7-Eleven. This is my go to place. Their is a Laredo taco in the store with really good food. For the most part all the employees are nice people. The store is always clean. And for the most part the prices arent excessive. My go to place. :-)

Staff are extremely nice and super fast. Food is always good. I’ve seen them handle rude customers way better than I could and I deal with people all day. They’re always stocked up with the breakfast items and everything is fresh. Tacos are great. Only giving them a four because the bathroom has one stall in it and that place is always packed so if you can get in the stall you need a pair of gloves and some bleach because that toilet is gross as hell.

He may never see this, but to the man that offered to pay for my gas at Exxon on Nolensville Rd, thank you, but your action just upset me more. There was no need for that, I had already paid. Had I accepted, I would have acknowledged wrongdoing from my part. The cashier looked at the camera footage and realized his mistake. I don't know what happened with the money you handed him to pay for my gas. If I were you, I would return for it. They don't need to be rewarded for accusing paying customers of trying to steal gas. I'm sorry for the people waiting line, that were in a hurry and had to wait until the cashier went to the back to look at the video recording. I was not going to leave the store until he acknowledged that I had already paid, and that that had been my second time in the store, one time to pay, and the second to let him know that he had not turned on the pump. Yes, I was pretty upset because the cashier had just told me that he had never seen me before. I know that maybe you were trying to be helpful, or perhaps you were trying to be nice with those in line, and although I appreciate your good intentions, it did not rectify the employees wrongdoing. We all make mistakes, I worked as cashier for many years, but the situation could had been handled very differently. I hope that he learns not to be quick to judge others as thieves, and secondly that an apology would have been nice.
