Who owns this trash gas station??? I live down the street and EVER TIME I go here (which is frequently), or should I say TRY to go here, they have a sign on the door that they are closed. The employees are LAZY and I've actually had one tell me that he closes the place hours early bc he wants to go home. I would love to do that to buddy but I work 14hr shifts. It's just gross the way this place is run. The owner needs to step up or sell it.

This store is the worst. The doors are always locked the lights will still be on and then when someone finally comes to the door they are rude and have an attitude

Things way better down there.This manager did good in hiring his 2 best cashiers Mathew,and Ahman.These two employees should be training workers because they are nice,friendly,and not try to rush customers out of market,and very skilled on checking customers out and zero bad attitude.Good job Mapco.Very good service.:+)

It would be much helpful if the hours the store is open were posted and correct. I haven't been able to get in the store after 10:00 for a few months. Right now there is 2 or 3 people inside and they are telling everyone that theyre closed, not that they are taking a break but that the store is closed.....even though it shows the store being open until midnight here on Google. Otherwise the help you do receive is marginal at best. Usually the employees don't say anything at all and you get to guess what your total is.

Got to the gas station this morning. I was going to fill my tank approximately $60 worth of gas. I started pumping on my credit card. The pump was going so slow I decided to just stop and go somewhere else. I pumped out just over five dollars of supposed gas and I was apparently pumping straight air into my tank. Started my car up and still said 3 miles to empty. I went back in to show the manager and the manager didn’t even want to help me. He was very apathetic and had VERY POOR customer service. I hope people will see this review before choosing this supposed gas station.

I went in tonight and the girl working the register was rude, angry for no reason and needs to be fired. Red braids and nose rings. I live two streets away and come in every day and she said she works everyday but that’s definitely not true cause I come in every morning before work and often at night. Either way, tighten up and teach your employees how to treat customers.

This guy working the register on 03/27 at night was so rude. We came in and he was like we’re closed but the lights were on and door was open. He was extremely rude and had a bad attitude just wanted to get my kids some drinks. He actually flipped me off when I was walking out. My kids were appalled. I can’t believe someone would do that. If he doesn’t like his job he should be fired and get a different one

This store stays having new employees who last a few days only... And the ones who been there a bit longer have terrible customer service to loyal Mapco customcustomers... Whoever general manager is in charge they need to step it up. Very unprofessional. Oh not to forget they stay locking the doors for breaks during business hours.

All employees are rude! Don't greet you or say thank you! They never give you your receipt, I shouldn't have to ask for it and they catch attitude when you ask for it! The Hispanic chubby employee NAOMI and the black chubby employee DESHEA are the top worst employees! They always talking to each other while a ling line of people waiting to pay and leave. DESHEA is very very unprofessional. Did I mention they have they friends/family/bf members hanging inside the store?! Bit safe at all for customers! Management needs to come check up on those employees who are treating loyal customers bad... I been coming here for as long as a remember. I figured after it been renewed everything will be smoother but no! Customers will go that extra mile for better customer service! Never go here special when these 3 employees are there! Terrible!
