Dangerous place to shop. Homeless everywhere and even worse at night. So bad mini mall next door had to hire Cavalry Security Officers to run them off from the mall, but they come right over here to the Mapco store. I watched it happen more than once. 3 got into a fight in the Mapco lot and it spilled over into the mini mart parking and the Cavalry security Officer ran them all off in different directions. Bathrooms have not worked for some time. When they did, toilets were always stopped up because of the homeless using them. Don't ever eat there unless its packaged food. The drink and food bars are filthy because of the homeless in there using them. No telling what they touched. Just not safe. Not a safe place to use. They need to hire one of those Cavalry Security Officer from the mall next door to keep these people run off from inside and outside the store. That would make a difference. It seems to work for the mall next door.

I went to this location to put some air in my tire it didn't even give me enough time to take care of one tire overall that they charged me $4 on the machine it says $1.50 I called customer service and she told me she needs my mailing information so she can mail me a refund if I was you I would not go to this Mapco. I don't care about $4 I care about their service it's horrible

Easy to locate. Nasty bathrooms. Did not buy food or purchase gas here. They sell ice outside of the store and the store was neat and clean. Attached to a BP. Next to a strip mall.

terrible customer service! If employees all are very rude, NEVER PROVIDE RECEIPTS! And when you ask for it they give you attitude for anything that you ask they don't care and the worst part in front of customers they (the employees start talking their native language talking about you. I always go here because is next door to my house and it's convenient but for the past 8 months I try to just brush it off and go with my day but I had enough when I caught employee Armia talking about me to other coworkers and laughing. There's also 2 new girls one with red hair sloppy looking with bruises all over her Flirts with guys before checking a customer out. The other girl has short black hair and shes stays giving you attitude and they don't even know how to manage the registers.... PATHETIC! NEVER GOING BACK! PEOPLE SHOULDN'T COME HERE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Racist employees! Don't do business here. They will tell you off just for asking for receipts

I couldn't believe what he said to me! I buy gas here all the time. It's in a convenient spot. After I pumped my gas I decided I wanted a fountain drink. (I'm a Mapco Member - $0.99!) As I pay for it I say, "Can you please throw away this straw wrapper in that trash can?" He said, "No. Throw it away yourself." I said, "Really? I spend money here all the time. You can't throw this away for me in that trash can right behind you?" GET THIS!!! He says, "You pay for gas and drinks. Not my services." ???!!! These dudes are constantly on their phones and could care less about anybody that walks in there. It's honestly a shame that anyone spends their money with these people. They don't deserve a thriving business.

Handles don't stay squeezed. Many things are in need of repair here but whoever the owner is seems only interested in seeing how much profit they can pull in with the least amount of expenses. So let everything fall apart.

Very, very rude and disrespectful!! Employees are always talking on their private phones while your making a purchase, they have refused to give me quarters for the air machine several times and they're very rude about it! If it wasn't right by my home, I wouldn't even do business with this location anymore!! They act like they're racist and they need to be fired!!!!! Will be calling corporate office about this!!!!
