West palm Beach, Fl ia a five. This store in Nashville is a one, sorry to say. The store is dirty looking and smelly. The hot food offerings are not health minded. The salad bar is weak and not fresh. The store is large, but not enough customers to turn over fresh offerings. The garage parking is a hassle. I would travel out of city area for a nicer experience. We shop at Whole Foods multiple times weekly. Unsatisfied today.

This location is terrible, if you want to go to Whole Foods go to Green Hills. I live in the Condos upstairs and the hot foods bar is rarely open. Some of the employees are nice but a lot of them are lazy. Security guards will hit on you making it uncomfortable to shop there. One of them somehow found me on instagram which is extremely creepy considering we have zero mutual friends. I won’t shop here anymore.

I hate a Whole Foods when I just use a parking garage instead of pulling up! Don’t forget to validate or you will pay. Then you need escalator or elevator again not convenient. It was after 8pm and some fruit items were picked over however I’m sure just needed a chance to restock. We were able to find most of what we needed and check out went well. As usual even with Amazon prices are sometimes still high

The parking situation was a catastrophe. Don't forget to have your parking validated, and pray the individual trying to exit the garage in front of you has a brain. For a half hour, I was stranded in the garage. This was the only site in town where I noticed individuals wearing masks. Definitely owned by Jeff Bezos/Amazon; I have yet to encounter this in a Whole Foods, but I suppose it's becoming more common. It was nice to have it, but it wasn't perfect.

This Whole Foods is in a convenient location. They have a great meat, dairy and produce selection. Iris is the best at check out we always try to seek out her lane!

Always love a good Whole Foods. This one is very nice! I’d like to see a little more produce, but I’m from California and I think we had a bigger produce section because our weather is less seasonally impactful! This location is a little stressful given it’s proximity to downtown, but parking isn’t horrible - you can validate with a purchase. The garage is a little confusing.

Love the self service checkouts here! It’s hard to describe the feeling of being easily able to use the software to checkout quickly and with no fuss. One of my go to products here is the Italian mineral water. In a nice glass bottle it’s shipped from Italy and the taste blows you away. I know it’s just water, but still!!! It’s still water, literally, it’s not sparkling

This review, while I love this downtown Nashville Whole Foods store, is specifically for Jay, the florist. He is AMAZING. He put together gorgeous arrangements based on a photo I showed him of the color scheme of the party I was planning. We got a lot of compliments. They were also quite well priced. His customer service is top notch.

I strongly prefer this location to the other Nashville Whole Foods. It wasn't nearly as busy or packed full of personal shoppers. They also had a good selection of products considering the size of the store.

One of the biggest Whole Foods I’ve been to. Great selection of fresh produce and organic items. Well organized and clean. Their floral department is beautiful. 2hr free parking as well! 3 stars for the lackluster customer service at the self-checkout. The young man at the sushi counter also stared while I shopped which was weird. Otherwise, a great place for specialty, healthy grocery items.
