The floors are filthy and covered in dirt, grime, and stains, aisles are full of stuff to be stocked, shelves are haphazardly stocked and simply a mess. Hard to find anything specific as it might be in the wrong section or it may be out of stock.

Employee said they were closed at 5:54 when I tried to enter the store. I said the website says 7, so I told her they might want to update that. She proceeded to say that the rest of the locations close at seven but they close at six, when their website also says that all the other locations close at eight and this particular location closes at seven. Regardless of the closing time, it’s still wasn’t even the time that they were supposed to be closed. Educate your employees please

Utter trash. Google says they close at 9 pm. The sign on the door says they close at 7 pm. At 6:45, the doors were locked. I called and the woman on the phone says "they" told us to close at 6:30 today. To make matters worse, this is my second Dollar Tree in a row in my search for balloons for my son's birthday dinner to which I am now late. This is also the second time this has happened at a Dollar Tree in this area. These stores are horribly mismanaged.
