Amazing service at this location both times I went

After being with sprint for 5/6 years we decided to leave, customer service here is horrible. Wanted to upgrade my phone and the workers decided being on their phone was more important, one of the female workers couldn't stop showing her phone to the person helping us. Decided to come back a week or so later my brother in law wanted to get on his own plan and the worker there told him he could. He then paid 80 dollars just to be told he had to pay 300/400 to be on his own plan. When we said we were planning on going to at&t the employee there said well your phones are paid off you can do what you want. I would recommend better training on customer service.

He was extremely patient, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, about our specific phone issue. JOSE FROM TMOBILE PUT HIS CAPE ON AND AND SAVED ME... frome from the ghost of sprint nhe vvorked endlessly hard to corect and fix my account issue thats accurred from broken phone...sprint tried to rob me couldnt get info cuz my phone broke vvhen and email vvas prime and didnt do it. sprint didnt honor contreact upgarde im leaving tmobile vvith the best service andn and nevv phone .. Recently I stop by at this place to get any information about my account what I own since 2004 and lady , her name was Ana was completely not helpful and not professional, lady from next desk give more info then her , don’t ask Ana for any help if you won’t your day be nice

Great customer service from Levi was able to assist us with a transaction that was processed incorrectly in another T-Mobile location. He was really helpful and nice and patient from start to finish always with a smile. We need more clerks like this.

Signed up for a plan, was great for awhile Called t-mobile to add another line, quoted me $10/mo more After verifying the price multiple times, I said great, sign me up Bill came through a month later, was triple what was quoted Called t-mobile to complain, they lowered my price to $20/mo more than original. Did not give a refund. After a few months, got a message saying I had to prove to them I was over 55. Am not 55. Called them up again, they said my bill was now tripled again. I asked if I could go back to my original plan, they said no, was no longer offered I dropped them like a bad habit. Would not recommend.
