Go to Pure Talk to save money. T Mobile nice with sales but once they have you they will give you horrible reception, and possibly charge you for unnecessary things. They charged me for a half year after I left for service (spent $1500 to get out after a loyal customer)

Employees were unhelpful and didn't seem to care about helping me switch my phone to a new one. They started the process and then mentioned it would be $35, a fee which has never existed. I walked out and called customer service, switched the phone in 5 minutes, and had no fee. Terrible service at this store.
