Horrible experience. Waited four hours to get a phone activated. Went for the iphone special in the window. Was told it ended the day before yet they didn't take the sign down. Most businesses would honor it but not here. Left with a motorola instead. The phone doesn't work half the time reboots it's self. Tried to return a week into it the girl tells us there's no return policy. Probably the worst cricket store in the nation

The worst cricket retailer in Nashville. They sold me a refurbished phone filled with Viruses and glitches and a brand new price. They're a scam operation. When I went to return it 6 days after purchase they claimed they couldn't help, told me to call customer service, CS tells me the store has to return it. No one would help. No one gave a F that this POS phone doesn't stay charged, doesn't deliver text messages, and takes 3 years to load. They're also rude and cold. I'll never give them my business again and I'll be dropping cricket shortly.

As i walked right in i was immediately asked if I could be helped. I did not have enough money for a brand new iPhone case but the guy was able to work with me god bless. Good business and friendly people.
