11 Best cell phone store in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

After being with sprint for 5/6 years we decided to leave, customer service here is horrible. Wanted to upgrade my phone and the workers decided being on their phone was more important, one of the female workers couldn't stop showing her phone to the person helping us. Decided to come back a week or so later my brother in law wanted to get on his own plan and the worker there told him he could. He then paid 80 dollars just to be told he had to pay 300/400 to be on his own plan. When we said we were planning on going to at&t the employee there said well your phones are paid off you can do what you want. I would recommend better training on customer service. ~Valerija

I came in the store to get my IPad Air 1st generation home button replaced so I was told it would be ready after 2 hours and when I came back after 3 hours later it was not finished which i had to wait till its done. Also I had a screen protector on the iPad and when I got it fixed the screen protector was removed. that was my first experience with cellphone doctor so I wanted to share it with everyone. ~Daved

Go to Pure Talk to save money. T Mobile nice with sales but once they have you they will give you horrible reception, and possibly charge you for unnecessary things. They charged me for a half year after I left for service (spent $1500 to get out after a loyal customer) ~Tim

Avoid this location. The reps there lacked common knowledge on how to use an iPhone 6s Plus. Sent a friend with my cellphone to upgrade my SIM card. The reps then told my friend that nothing could be done because the home button was broken. IPhones don’t require the home button. It wasn’t so much their lack of knowledge that bothered me, it was their unwillingness to learn something new. As I tried teaching them, over the phone on how to unlock an iPhone and bypass the “hello” screen, every iPhone gives you when starting up, they just continued to tell me it was impossible to use an iPhone without a functioning home button. This is false. These brick and mortar establishments are soon to become irrelevant because of reps like this, who are unwilling to learn new things. These guys are in the wrong business. ~Drum

My mom needed a new charger for her phone. The man who helped us was professional, courteous, explained everything so my mother could understand and even held the door open for us. He said he was 'taught well' by his mother. What an excellent experience! This is why we have been Verizon customers for many, many years! ~Geri

The service here was terrific, and on 2 different occasions within the same week. My husband upgraded a phone and it was realized our archaic plan was costing us more than $60. A few days later I went back to upgrade my own phone. Josh and Jamel were amazing. We hit a snag in the process (again, very old plan) and these 2 stayed after closing to make sure we were taken care of, our phones and lines were working as expected, and that we were satisfied. Really helpful and appreciated. I will return here for future upgrades or plan changes. ~MM
