We'd been trying to switch our number from Straight-Talk (which got bought out by Verizon) to AT&T prepaid for a while now. We've called the 1-800-help-line and to other stores and they all said that it would take at least a day and that we would just be without cell service until it switched over. On top of that, they said that we might not get to keep our number. We stopped in this store and we were glad we did. It was good that the store wasn't super busy when we came in because Josh spent almost 2-hours with us. We had AT&T and Straight-Talk on conference call, and even they said it would be until midnight before we would know if the switch took place. Josh knew who to talk to to make it happen and stayed with us until it was done.

Jamel and Wyatt were fantastic. I had trouble with my phone while traveling and it made us very nervous. Jamel spent about 10 minutes calmly and professionally assessing. He solved the problem and reassured me. I’m thankful and highly recommend this store for any new devices or phone solutions.

I had the best service at this ATT!! I had come in after having my phone stolen and Joshua was super helpful. He provided me with multiple options (reviewed them multiple times, as I was a bit frazzled) and was super understanding of my situation. The level of service that I received was incredible and made a very bad situation not so bad after all

Keke was amazing, she took care of everything and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. She was patient and did everything she could so I could have what I need. I'm surprised it didn't bother her when she had to adjust my network like 4 times. She was trying her best to get it done and she did it. I'm really happy that it worked out. Thank you Keke! Truly.

Kiki is great. Wonderful human and excellent customer service. I had a line that was blocked due to breaking my old phone on Saturday night and trying to move it back to a new phone on Sunday morning. She was able to work with the corporate office tech support and unblock my account. She waited patiently thought the whole process managing with the corporate tech support and then resolving getting my line hooked back up to the network. She was a wonderful help and I'm happy to have had the luck of having her take care of it. AT&T did great hiring and placing Kiki.

I walk in with my girl to get her a phone and so I'm talking to the sales person, and he keeps looking at her. Ok it's one thing to check a girl out but it's another thing that he was trying to have her sign signatures that were only for me to sign and ultimately we were going to get the Samsung fold but he messed up somewhere along the way because ATT customer service got me one... I'm not impressed at all with what happened. I don't care if people look at who I'm with, but when it comes to conducting business try and keep your eyes in one spot. Professionalism is that spot. Because allot of other people out there that would care and would hurt people for looking at them or their girl a certain way. When the dogs in heat keep them caged up basically... Thanks

The service here was terrific, and on 2 different occasions within the same week. My husband upgraded a phone and it was realized our archaic plan was costing us more than $60. A few days later I went back to upgrade my own phone. Josh and Jamel were amazing. We hit a snag in the process (again, very old plan) and these 2 stayed after closing to make sure we were taken care of, our phones and lines were working as expected, and that we were satisfied. Really helpful and appreciated. I will return here for future upgrades or plan changes.

Staff went above and beyond to help us buy and install a SIM card for our visit to Nashville. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean store and overall wonderful environment. They even gave us recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in Tennessee.
