The service here was terrific, and on 2 different occasions within the same week. My husband upgraded a phone and it was realized our archaic plan was costing us more than $60. A few days later I went back to upgrade my own phone. Josh and Jamel were amazing. We hit a snag in the process (again, very old plan) and these 2 stayed after closing to make sure we were taken care of, our phones and lines were working as expected, and that we were satisfied.
