Avoid this location. The reps there lacked common knowledge on how to use an iPhone 6s Plus. Sent a friend with my cellphone to upgrade my SIM card. The reps then told my friend that nothing could be done because the home button was broken. IPhones don’t require the home button. It wasn’t so much their lack of knowledge that bothered me, it was their unwillingness to learn something new. As I tried teaching them, over the phone on how to unlock an iPhone and bypass the “hello” screen, every iPhone gives you when starting up, they just continued to tell me it was impossible to use an iPhone without a functioning home button. This is false. These brick and mortar establishments are soon to become irrelevant because of reps like this, who are unwilling to learn new things. These guys are in the wrong business.

I was very happy with the service here. Really recommend coming to this boost mobile. They had everything I was looking for. If you do decide to come, definitely ask for Brittany! She is awesome and super caring.

Everything is upfront and great , until....... you try to "restart" your monthly service cycle early in order to regain high speed data and get lost on a dead end . A customer might expect a smoother restart flowchart app , as you're paying monthly fee for 3 weeks service - voluntarily ! More profit . The alternative is AGONIZINGLY SLOW DATA. Some employees do not even know what a restart is .

Every time I go to the store I am always attended right away. My father once had issues with his phone and the employee Sofia helped him right away and he was overall happy with the experience as well. Best store to go to.

I brought my phone in I had gotten from Boost Mobile at the Richards Rd. location that I don't think is in business now; I am locked out of my phone and ask the girl if she could help me; she said they didn't do that there and the other guy that was there said he couldn't help me; they said I needed to go to the Sprint store. duhh!! I told them I had bought it from Boost Mobile. The workers are worthless there; no customer service. spent my whole Saturday calling Boost mobile customer service and Sprint only to be put on hold and then waiting 5 to to min. and then disconnected. 5 times...

The guy from that store is so mean. He should be fired. Never ever have good customer service. We went to that store yesterday. When we are inside, that guy doesn't seen welcome us. He talking to US like roughly and told us something smells bad and he sprays something and almost got our face. Mean mean. Just trying to upgrade the phone and charge me $45. May be he keep the money. All my friends have bad experience from that store. I will report it to the metro pcs.
