I will try to make this as short as possible. I have had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with metro PCs customer service over the past year. I have had a ton of issues with the phone I purchased from the hermitage metro location. The customer service at that location is complete garbage. I was at the end of my rope when I reached out to this location. These guys were amazing. As soon as I walked in I knew this was a whole other level of customer service. I was considering changing over from Android to apple, and searching for the new 12 pro max. After being told by two 2 different metro Pcs locations, hermitage, Charlotte pike, that no store carries that phone, I found 3 at this location. Ladarius is the worker that helped me out. He spent over an hour talking to me about changing to an iPhone, pros and cons. He knew I was torn on the subject. He gave me several other options to consider, yet never pushed the sale. He actually wanted to help me. I didn’t purchase anything on that date. I returned a few days later, after staying in touch with Ladarius. I purchased the iPhone and a few accessories that he recommended. He then spent over an hour helping me transfer all of my data from my android over to the iPhone. He had his associate Maria Morales, aka iPhone master, help me out as well. We had an issue with my contacts crossing over. Maria was past her time to leave, and chose to stay to make sure we got it done. She ended up staying well after her shift ended, but we were able to get it done. During the several hours I was in the store I observed them taking care of many other customers. These guys are on point. I have a store 10 min from my house, but I will drive the 30 minutes down to their location from now on. I learned the hard way, I hope this review will make you reevaluate dealing with the terrible customer service at your location and try these guys out. You will not be disappointed.

WORST EXPERICENCE EVER SCAMMED ME OUT AN EXTRA 80 DOLLARS. PUT STUFF ON MY ACCOUNT I COULDNT REMOVE AND YES THEY DONT HONOR RETURN POLICY. IF YOU HAVE TO SCAM PEOPLE TO MAKE YOUR CHECK FIND ANOTHER JOB TIFFANY and NAKIA. THEY PUT DOG TRACKERS AND ALL KIND OF STUFF ON THAT LED ME TO PAY 150 FOR A NEW LINE WHEN I WAS JUST ADDING A LINE IT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN NO MORE THAN 40 OR 60 BUCKS. LAST TIME I UPGRADED I PAID 45 ON BELL RD. ITS SAD YOU GIVE WELAFRE RECIPENTS JOBS AND THIS WHAT THEY DO.

Let me begin by saying the manager was nice and only was following instructions from her district manager Conner. My issue at the store was that the receipt states at the bottom that the accessory must be returned at the original place of purchase within 30 days in like new condition. I purchased a charger and was informed by my friend they had one for me so 10 minutes later I wanted to return it. The box was not opened but the manager would not honor the return policy per District Manager Mr. Conner request. They should not be allowed to not honor the return policy that is printed on the receipt!
