My mom needed a new charger for her phone. The man who helped us was professional, courteous, explained everything so my mother could understand and even held the door open for us. He said he was 'taught well' by his mother. What an excellent experience! This is why we have been Verizon customers for many, many years!

Went in to pick-up an online order for the 5G Home Internet. It was immediately ready! Tre was fantastic help in not only listening to my 'woeful yet ridiculous tales' regarding my current mobile carrier prompting my desire to switch to Verizon. He was very forthcoming about what was required and how to (hopefully) get it from Xfinity without incident. Very pleasantly surprised at the high-level of service, knowledge and care from the mobile store employees! Definitely switching, now. Cannot recommend enough!

I had a negative experience when buying my new phone here! I had just broke my other phone cuz I spilled sparkling cider(grape flavored) on it😩 So when getting my new phone the sales rep just kind of seemed annoyed the whole time, & in a rush as well… Then he found out that my pictures weren’t backed up by iCloud & he was making me feel bad about it! He was like ‘are you serious, you didn’t pay the 99cents to store your photos! Like come on it’s 99cents!!’ I had just lost 6,000 pics from my phone & I wish he could have maybe said some comforting words (I believe that there’s always a nicer way to say things)! Anyways he didn’t actually set my phone up right either haha because I was getting text messages on my Mac book but not on my phone. Or I couldn’t FaceTime from my new phone either, so I had to go back and a different sales rep fixed the problem. If I could go back, I probs would not have picked this Verizon store because the customer service wasn’t the best

We came into to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. Michael was the representative that assisted us and he provided excellent customer service. What seemed like should be an easy process turned out to be one issue after another to the point where he had to contact customer service along with T-Mobile’s customer service. This was frustrating for everyone but he remained professional the entire time and was as helpful as he could be. Thanks for all your help Michael!

Trey (Treymaine) went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in getting my new phone set up. And was very patient during a hiccup my old phone caused and all of my tech-naive questions. He was kind, patient and friendly. While I have had very positive experiences in the past, Trey possesses the best customer service skills I have experienced in any Verizon store in my almost 2 decades of being a Verizon customer. Great store overall. Can be busy and congested. Go very early unless in the slow winter season.

I went to look to change providers from T mobile to Verizon. I got approached and stated this and got my name and that was it no follow up or how long we will be etc. The same guy just wondered around doing nothing while I was still waiting. I left after long period of time Looks like you lost a possible new customer verizon... the 3.6 review shows for this store..

To my knowledge, there are three brick and mortar Verizon stores in the Nashville area. My navigation system on my 2022 Corolla stop functioning. The only store that even tried to help me was on Hillsboro Pike. The young lady spent about twenty-five minutes analyzing my problem, while waiting on other customers as they came through the door. She was very busy, and yet she stayed on our problem until she fixed it. My wife and I was so grateful that we will be buying our new phones from her and her store in the near future. Thank you zoie.

Unfortunately, I had an awful 2nd experience. I bought a phone asking for the 2-year monthly payment plan. They reassured me this was the plan I was on after asking multiple times. My bill came later for the total amount of the phone. They also told me multiple times my current phone would have a $300-$400 trade-in value and that I would only end up paying around $400 for a new phone. (They did NOT say “up to $300-$400”) It reflected on my account as $90 value. Incorrect information, dishonesty, and they do not have the customers best interest in mind.

I came at 6:15 today asking for help setting up an order for an (I knew back ordered) 13 Pro. I explained I had looked on the site online but had questions about the trade-in plans and the the store had been helpful to me with data in the past. The young woman who came up to me at the door repeatedly said "you can do that online..." Then she said it would be quite a wait--which I found interesting since there was a total of 5 people in the store and at least one other was also an employee. Clearly she had no desire to help me at all. Sad that customer (dis-) service has come to this. I have been a Verizon customer for 11 years. I am past my contract so time to shop for another carrier.

The manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not willing to help. She called me a "liar" and claimed she couldn't exchange my phone because the plastic had been tampered with when I hadn't even opened the box. It was very disappointing and frustrating to work with her. When asked for her name to report she was very aggressive and rude. When going to other Verizon stores in the area they were much more helpful and respectful of me.
