Refused to take my package in because they said I had to get another box for my shipping label I printed at home. I went to another USPS and they sent it. I have sent other packages like that and my packages are always delivered

I dropped in just after the holidays to ship a few boxes of toys. I was delighted to be helped by DeShaundra who went above and beyond to get me the correct boxes and shipping rates. Great service and great overall experience.

Should have listened to reviews and gone somewhere else. Showed up at 1:45pm on a Friday, closed, all the lights turned off. Bunch of people waiting at the door, apparently they are on “lunch” at 2pm? Can hear the employees in the back talking to each other and listening to music.

They shut for lunch whenever they feel like it even though signs say they’re open 9-5. So many times I’ve walked or driven here to find it’s closed. Wasting my time again and again. If you want lunch breaks make it a regular hour on the schedule so we know when and when not to come please.

They ask you to wait in the line just to be given priority tape, then again to wait to send a packet. Complete nonsense. Have tape available for use, we are already paying priority services. The employees are mostly rude and the lines are long.

Refused to deliver my package to me because "no safe location" (even though I was home at the time and they didn't bother knocking AND I get 3-4 packages a month with zero issues). Added an extortion fee of $43.13 to my package that is worth $70. So I guess I'll report it lost or stolen and request the seller uses UPS next time

This location is by far the worst customer service of all the post offices I have used in the past 20+ years in the South Bay area. A few days ago the doors were locked and there was a homemade paper sign with writing saying it was closed for lunch in the middle of the day. Not sure if this is possible but it was and caused my package to be late since I only have the opportunity to drop off packages during my lunch break. Then after that incident I walked in and there was one clerk with about 5-7 customers in line. I had a pre-paid package with a label and I allowed him to finish up his customer at that moment and when he finished I quickly asked him if he could open the large door (which would take about 10 seconds of his time) and instead said "wait your turn" in a very rude tone and I had to respond that he is not right but he did not care. Really disappointing to have to give my business to these clowns.
