Wrightwood is a dog friendly place, including this post office. They let any dog in and I am HIGHLY allergic to dogs. I try to get my mail on bad weather days. Other wise staff is mostly very friendly.

Everyone is friendly and does the very best job they can do. Our post office is understaffed, but that is not the fault of current employees.

So I had a package sent for general delivery. It was sent to the wrong post office. I have been trying FOR OVER A WEEK to call and have it sent to the right one but they literally pick up the phone and leave it off the hook... what is that?... it’s a Fed job... act like it. I won’t even visit the town now. That package was important and valuable and I have NO IDEA WHERE IT IS.

Trouble finding your pkgs even with tracking number and even when you were already there about the pkg. Even after doing this and them writing my name down it took her forever to find it. When she did it was in the return pile. Long lines with usually one employee. Sucks

I love Wrightwood Post Office! There is nothing like small town personal service! Becky went out of her way to "fix" a problem with my P.O.Box and then sent me everything I needed...no questions asked. She was wonderful...
