We placed an order today with Ivan, and couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service! All my questions were answered with in depth knowledge, plus genuine consideration & care regarding our purchase. Delivery time is pretty far out, but actually no longer than other furniture retailers we visited. Can't wait to receive our beautiful new chairs!

I ordered a leather sectional from Leather Showroom and it is beautiful. Ivan was extremely helpful and nice. My only suggestion would be they find a different delivery company. Was happy with contractors that made the actual delivery but Metropolitan made a huge mistake and were unwilling to fix to my satisfaction. Leather Showroom and Ivan are awesome.

We ordered two IMG recliner chairs from Leather Showroom and couldn't be more pleased. We are pleased with the chairs (they are wonderful) but are especially pleased with the customer service we received from the Leather Showroom. Ivan was particularly helpful. These people are great. There was an issue with the shipping arrangements and the folks at Leather Showroom stepped up and did everything in their power to make it right. Customer service of this caliber is rare in todays marketplace. I would highly recommend Leather Showroom for any of your furniture needs.

I ordered my furniture on March 18th while deployed to another country for the Army. I had a really great initial feeling about the company, but I wish I'd been more skeptical. My contract warned of wait times for delivery of approximately 12-16 weeks. This was okay, as long as it arrived before my wife had her baby in Late July. The baby ended up being late, but not as late as our furniture, which wasn't ready until September 7th. I was okay with this because the folks at Leather Showroom were great at communicating with me and keeping me up to date. Our email notifying us that the furniture was ready warned we might have to wait 10-14 days before delivery could be scheduled. Oh well, we'd waited this long. It also warned that deliveries were getting rescheduled 2-3 times. But they already had our money so we had no choice. Our delivery has been rescheduled 5 times. First the furniture wasn't at the warehouse. Then they weren't running that delivery route, then the route was overbooked. For nearly 2 months our furniture has been in a warehouse an hour from my house, but couldn't be delivered. My favorite excuse was today, when my furniture was scheduled to be delivered, when I had moved the old couch out and cleared a path. Today we were told our furniture couldn't be delivered because our delivery drivers didn't have the required documentation to get on post (My family lives on Fort Hood). Required documentation is a government issued ID, to include a driver's license. So my furniture has been delayed again. We are now at 32 weeks and 6 days since I ordered. And we've given up hope. Leather Showroom has thousands of my dollars, and has had them for months beyond the original delivery window. I don't recommend them. At least, not if you want your furniture within the next 6 months. Update: Our furniture arrived a week after posting my review. Leather Showroom hired a local guy to deliver the furniture since Metropolitan wasn't getting it done. On the furniture: We love it. It's an enormous improvement and our entire family (I have 5 kids) can now fit on chairs in the living room. Hannah also reached out to see if there was anything she could do to make it right. Leather Showroom's sales team and customer service is incredibly nice and courteous. I can't praise them enough for that. I also recognize that they are not in the delivery or manufacturing business. They're in the middle man business. Which means they should be judged on customer experience. The problems I experienced weren't their fault, but they weren't mine either, and while I understand the difficulties of the days we live in, I don't like that they didn't make the effort to get the delivery done until I was requesting a refund and calling them repeatedly.

Service and pricing working with Ivan was excellent but I would caution people from buying the Natuzzi Editions Amorevole sofa that we did for two reasons. (1) The couch arrived with a terrible formaldehyde-like odor. It is four months old now and still gives off a non-leather odor. Don't know what it was treated with in the manufacturing process and the store had no advice. (2) The Rockford Protecta leather (love the color) is much more susceptible to marking or scratching than what we found in our local store that carried the same sofa. Don't know if this was a manufacturing issue or a function of the specific Cat 15, 15JE Protecta Leather we ordered. Finally, not the fault of the Leather Showroom but the white glove service delivery was disappointing as it arrived damaged but was repaired reasonably. Happy with leather showroom sales but not so much the Natuzzi Editions product or the delivery company.

I shopped my local furniture retailers for a sectional leather couch and found a manufacturer that I really liked (Omnia). Unfortunately, I found the pricing to be prohibitive. So I did what anyone would do and turned to the internet. I was getting frustrated with what I was finding until it was my good fortune to come across Leather Showroom. Immediately I noticed that they only carried quality manufacturers and that their prices were a lot lower than any other retailer or internet site. So thinking this was too good to be true, I picked up my phone and reached out to them. It was once again my very good fortune to be introduced to Mike Pilikilton in the sales department. Since I live over 1000 miles from Leather Showroom, over a series of phone calls, with both of us on the Leather Showroom website, Mike thoughtfully and patiently walked me through the various leather options and sectional couch configurations. Based upon my new understanding Mike sent me numerous samples of leather grades and colors. In fact, I ended up picking a grade and color that Mike recommended. Once completed, Leather Showroom delivered my new, beautiful, perfect couch for free and had it set up in my living room. All of this was easy and painless! Seriously, I recommend Leather Showroom and Mike whole heartedly.

After visiting numerous furniture showrooms in SW Florida, I began searching websites and came across the Leather Showroom in TX which carries the manufacturer and type furniture we were looking for. I gave them a call because I had some questions about them being out-of-state and about the furniture. The phone was answered by Ivan who was absolutely wonderful to talk with about our furniture purchase. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, and patient throughout our conversation. Ultimately, we did make our purchase through Ivan and the Leather Showroom. Ivan, on his day off, took my call and worked with me to complete the purchase! This was a great customer experience and I highly recommend reaching out to Ivan and the Leather Showroom!

Who in their right mind buys quality leather furniture on line - sight unseen? We did and are so glad we did. We worked with Rachel Trevino for a long period of time before we decided to buy. Short of traveling to Texas, our experience with Rachel was one of developing trust - understanding our needs - asking questions about the space - learning about our color scheme - utilizing every avenue to communicate. We did not count our phone calls but know they were numerous. We utilized the on line "CHAT" for quick questions at least 10 times. We received samples of varying colors and grades based upon the information we provided to Rachel. We understand that Leather Showroom handles many quality brands - manufactured both in the US and Internationally. We researched all brands, the sizes, and the configurations offered and after agonizing about color and style arrived at a decision to purchase the Omnia. We cannot stress the importance of the trust that was established with Rachel. The final product now graces our home and we are proud to say that with Rachel's patience and guidance we are 100% positive that we made the best decision. We highly recommend Rachel Trevino and Leather Showroom for your decorating choice. While we never met face-to-face we can say we know Rachel and she knows us...her sense of humor - her ability to reassure us - her genuinely caring about our satisfaction sealed the deal.
