While I was checking out one of the supervisors named Jenny was degrading an employee in front of the customers. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have never felt so bad for someone in retail as I did tonight. To make matters worse when this employee walked away Jenny started talking about her to other staff. The employee she degraded was Gilan who every time I see her is amazing and always so kind. Do better Walmart when hiring your managers/supervisors.

Not the best Walmart. No matter what time I go there's always long lines. And they often don't have items I can get at other walmarts

Nice clean location. Groceries are fresh, staff floor staff is plenty and they're helpful... Just be prepared to wait in long lines during the busy hours since just like every Walmart they cut down on the number of checkout counters and created a inadequate self checkout area. It's also the only big big box store around the area so unfortunately there's no other choices or competition.

Nice Walmart - closes at 11 PM though! Not many lanes besides self checkout at the end of the day. Not many more normal lanes throughout the day either. Clean store (mostly), friendly greeters, and staff is usually nice as well.

PRICING NIGHtMARe ———————————— They do not honor the online prices anymore- unless you complain to customer service. Items have to be “Ship and Sold by Walmart” That I understand. However I drove 15min to pickup a specific item that was $29.99 on the website, available in-store for pickup, and ship and sold by Walmart. When I found it the item was listed for $60 A gentleman came and asked if it was sold by Walmart, I showed him the item on the website. Then he educated me about how I have to use the Walmart app and wait for 4 hours to get that price. So instead I went to customer service and a very wonderful woman told me to get them to bring the item to customer service for a price match. Walked all the way back to electronics and another employee stated it probably would not be matched but he would take it anyways and we will see. Back to customer service, 3 employees were needed to match the online price. Don’t shop here for anything you find online. Shop here because you need generic groceries. I want to thank the woman at customer service because she understands customer service. REF: 216300389200

The o lyrics reason I gave walmart a 4 star review is because they are changing the entire store and we can't find anything. But no matter what walmart does we will all continue to shop there.

There was an incident with an associate My phone had died. I needed to use Walmart pay because I had not brought my card. The nice young lady at the electronic dept told me to try and use the photo printer cords that are used to take pics from your phone. After a few minutes it had not even charged enough to turn on. I noticed one of the display Samsung phones took the same C charger as mine. So I inform d the young lady I was going to try it and see if it would come on quicker. I just wanted to get to 5% so I could have enough to check out using Walmart pay. It came on and was at 1%. Then this other young lady came by with the one from electronics and rudely asked me if there was some thing she could help me to find. She said it rather abrupt and with a negative tone. I explained to her that I was trying to get enough charge on my phone so that I could check out and pointed to my half full cart of groceries. She then informed me that I needed to stop and that was not allowed and the displays charger was not meant for charging my phone. She kept repeating that is not what it's for. She was completely rude and acted as though I was making some huge error by trying to charge it so I could check out. I then pointed to my cart and said well here you go an entire cart you can put away and you are being rather rude about it. I was an assistant manager for Walmart for a few years. I worked in the neighborhood markets. I left in 2015. I don't believe the basic core values of Walmart has changed that much in the years since I left. If I needed to accommodate a customer yo help them get the groceries they chose to buy from my store and took the time to shop for....... I would bend over backwards and do what needed to be done to help that customer get their cart and on their way home. The girl was outright rude. She was rather loud when chastising me for using the charger. She acted as though I was some criminal in the store stealing the electric used to charge the phone. When I stated the cart was hers now to put away she smiled and said thank you???? I did not get her name I was so angry and mortified both that an associate would treat a customer in such a manner. I had maybe 150 worth of groceries and GM items. I was buying a hyper tough drill and a few fishing items. But the rest were groceries needed at home for the next day. I had to drive home find my card then drive to WinCo since it was late at night. I didn't get home till after 1am and wasn't even able to get a drill that I needed. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. I have not been back in Princeton Walmart and I will not have except for the pharmacy. They are a great group who will bend over backwards to help anyone out.

Dirty dirty dirty. They remodeled and added the self checkout but has about 1/2 of the self checkout registers as other stores which makes the line out of control. The self checkouts don't take cash at this store(even though the rest in the area do) and they don't tell you card only until you get up to the register. Then instead of helping you at their Register, they make you grab your stuff and go wait in line again at a regular Register. Oh..and then if an item rings up wrong, they check it on the website now instead of checking the shelf where the incorrect price is advertised and they won't budge. So basically they are scamming you. The staff is always on their cell phones. Carts are always not available...because the lot guys are always on the side of the building hanging out smoking or on their phones. The only positive thing about this store is the greeter at the grocery entrance. He is extremely polite! If it wasn't for him and Google making you give at least 1 star I would have said 0 stars. My advice..pray a kroger or something comes to the area or keep driving up 380 to Target!

Why do we even have a "check-in" for our online/app pickup orders if they take they're sweet time bringing your order out to your vehicle? Especially if there isn't anybody else in the lot waiting for an order? I don't understand? When this first started an employee told me they are supposed to bring your order out to you within 5 minutes. There have been times I've waited 10, 15, 20, sometimes even 30 minutes! Not impressed, and I think the service is getting worse. The employees don't care either. They stand behind the doors looking at you in your car while they chat instead of checking to see who's waiting for their order.

I have lived in Princeton for a little over two years now and this Walmart was just like any other Walmart but recently they have done some redesigns and I love them! It looks so much better inside and they added some $1-$5 sections. However, they also removed some self check machines which make the lines long.
