U tried to go to dollar general this morning and sat in the the parking lot for 30 min waiting for it to open its supposed to open at 8am finally by 820 u decided to leave and go to the store up the road when I drove back by at 835 it was still not open. 😡

I tried to stay quiet but this place is a joke. I struggled to give you this one star. This store deserves a big fat ZERO. Been in there 4 times and all was a terrible experience but one. The one time the smart team from farmersville was there. The other three times I thought I was back in time. The place is nasty and so are the people working there or not working. Rude, ignored us, threw our change on the counter, no welcome, no thank you, and made us feel and know that we were NOT welcome. NEVER have I've felt so out of place in a dollar General and I travel a lot. This store needs a overhaul big time. Get over your issues and views and do your job. HORRIBLE!!!

You would expect a business to stay open until the times the business has listed but I guess they do whatever they want out here. I planned to stop here on my way home for feminine products and to no avail, it was 9:49pm on a Saturday and they already had the doors locked! But they aren’t supposed to close until 10pm…? It’s also very disgusting to let all three store personal to smoke RIGHT in front of the door where customers walk, let alone see you. Why not the side of the building?? So unprofessional. I don’t want to walk out of any store, just to walk through a cloud of nasty cigarette smoke. I went to shop, not to a bar! This was icing on the cake for me not returning to this location. Do better Dollar General !!!!!!!!

I like the direction Dollar General has gone in the last 15 years. I use to be a manager at Dollar General and would have been surprised they made these positive moves.

Terrible store, all around. The staff loudly argues with customers, which I'm pretty sure is against company policy. Neither the store nor the parking lot is clean. Aisles are difficult to navigate due to merchandise being all over the floor. Nothing is organized. Shut it down and start over. I only visit this location if Danette or Bill are working. They are your saving grace and deserve raises.

Went in this dollar general store because we drank all of our friend's mom's 2L Sunkist when we weren't supposed to so we went to the store to replace it, obviously.. But when we got there they selections were Terrible I mean Pepsi, Mtn Dew, Fanta & 7up... Sooooooooowe had to get that one which is more expensive than what we were intending to pay (note to store: you should definitely be restocked at 5pm on a Monday😩)

There is always boxes in the aisles that need stocking and they don't stay true to their posted closing time. You arrive at 8pm thinking they are open and there is a hand written note taped to the door they will be closing at 8pm. Has happened numerous times.

So Im waiting in a really long line with like 10 other people and the whole time we are waiting the cashier never bothers to tell anyone waiting that the credit card reader doesnt work. So yeah just waited in line for more then 30 minutes for nothing. I was so mad😡
