Okay... During this Covid 19 they have closed the Lancaster branch and kept this one open. Why? The Lancaster branch has a drive thru and is larger. This one in Palmdale is smaller, much more restrictive and no drive thru. This causes major customer issues. And the tellers are very rude!

If got a dollar for ever time they rip someone off I would he rich dont come here or activate a account. Once you have a account with them they will make sure your account goes overdrawn so they can get there overdraft fee on you
