It was a good place to have my son's birthday party. I just wish that the machines would return the balls. Ours kept getting stuck and we had to call someone almost every frame we played. The employee tried to say that it was us, but we were waiting every turn for the balls to return and they did not.

Staff seems really overwhelmed so do urself a favor and reserve online~~bowling lanes or pool table (there's is only one pool table) I would stay away from the nachos too

The pro shop is one of two bright spots here. Great service & knowledge. Bought 3 balks there and two different lanes chewed up the two balls I was using. One took a chip out of it. Fred in the pro shop made it right. Every time I roll their my ball gets ripped apart. The alley itself is nice. New setup, video screens and old school Cafe furniture. If your using house equipment, go roll and have a good time. If your using your high quality gear...stay away. You'll regret throwing your bowl down the lanes and into the ball shredder.

We went right as the power flickered and all the machines went offline briefly. The staff were kind enough to give us some free plays in the arcade for our patience. Great customer service.

Like always, it was an amazing time (not just because my party was having fun) but because the staff is always so warm and welcoming. I have never encountered an issue while at bowlero. From the moment you walk in you can feel the good vibes from the staff there. Always smiling and very friendly. Will always recommend this bowling alley to anyone who wants to have a good time.

Customer service at the register was not very friendly that day and ignored me trying to get service. My family has fun there, it cost about $11 per person per game w shoe rentals. You have to call ahead of time to make sure lanes will be open due to bowling tournament.

So I came here bowling the other day with my family it was pretty fun was really clean we ended up ordering a pizza it wasn't the best but what do you expect from a bowling alley The kids enjoyed it . The staff was super friendly and helpful The bowling alley looks really good from the last time that I've been there it was a big change They have to have one of the world's biggest TV screens it was well over 50' long All in all it was a good experience and I will definitely bring my family back

We all had such a GREAT time celebrating my son's 17th birthday!!! I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Your weekly specials helped us save a ton of $ and for a family as big as ours, that's ALWAYS a plus!!! Not to mention the food was also GREAT!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

80% of people before making a decisions to go on a date night or a day out with love ones or friends Will check a establishment reviews online so It’s my job to be Critical and fair when making a review here’s 4 hours of my experience at this bowling alley, Management and staff I give them +10 Hard Alcohol and beers -10 Food Menu options Adequate -5 Bowling lanes +10 Male Restroom clean +10 Gaming arcade outdated +5 Security was not visible-10 diverse clientele +10 Parking lot and common areas +10 Management Mask enforcement +20 I gave this bowlers in palmdale a positive 75 points So with that being said I will definitely revisit this establishment again 👍👍

Very impressive improvements! I’m excited about the updates and looking forward to watching some awesome sports & events on those big screens! Brand new bowling lanes, wood floors, new chairs, and more! Putting lancaster Bowling to shame!! Lol This place is awesome, MUST TRY! As a frequent patron I would like to have more options for food and drinks. Perhaps setting up happy hour for food/drinks.. combos like 2 slice & drink, hotdog & fries, burger & fries. All the excitement does make you hungry however the prices and finger food isn’t for filling. That doesn’t stop me from driving from quartz hills! I’m sure once all updates are done this place will meet 7 stars!
