Great Energy in AM and PM classes! Trainer Frankie really challenges and pushes you to get stronger and Trainer Demetrius is so supportive and offers modifications for every level of fitness. Front Desk ladies are always so chipper and greet you with such positive energy. Been attending for a year and still manage to break a sweat each time. Keep up the awesome job TC Palmdale Team 👏 👏👏 Definitely recommend!

Pretty much a cookie cutting copy and paste, "corporate group training gym." There are better privately own gyms that provide better quality movements and more effective training classes. Franchise owner is not even a personal trainer just a sales manager that is disguised as one.

Love all the trainers, but communication and professionalism at the front desk is horrible. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting on a return phone call that I no longer need. Hopefully LeAnn has a better attitude at the front desk for the new members that join.
