I have been a Curves member since 2006 and my daily 30 minute Smart Circuit workout is geared to my strengths and weaknesses allowing me to get the best type of workout every time I come in. My doctors approve of this workout for me and I have seen great results in losing weight as well as improving my overall strength. I like the approach of Curves because there is always a coach watching you to make sure that you use the machines properly and that you get the maximum results from each machine that you can use. I can't think of anywhere else I would want to go to know that I'm helping myself to be a better me! The staff is great and the ladies that I work out with all encourage one another to reach our goal towards good health.
