It does get busy. Depending on the time of day. Have tons restrooms & lockers, parking lot usually has spots open. Treadmills and elliptical have openings usually when I go visit. I’ve been going for 3 weeks now and has been great. First open times in the Mornings or late evenings is the best times to go. I usually go at 5-6pm specific days and it’s never really packed. Weights are usually what’s being occupied but people do limit their timing during sets and are respectful when others are waiting. Great place and haven’t had any issues yet since I’ve been doing. No masks required for vaccinated people although you are welcome to use a mask if you want. No towels are provided but you are able to buy your own there. It’s a small gym so don’t expect too much like swimming or anything like that. Does have classes, yoga mats, weights, jump ropes, and other little equipment that can provide. It’s close to a shopping center so you’d be able to stop at the store for a drink or little snack before entering the gym or you can go to the little store in the gym which is pretty convenient as well. It’s a cute store for protein powder, protein bars, Gatorade, water, and more. Just stop by and explore. Memberships, guest passes, and virtual check ins from phone are possible.

Well maintained, good variety of equipment, and friendly staff. Although I've canceled my membership due to COVID job loss, they made the cancellation painless, which I appreciate and will remember when looking for a gym again in the future. Hope they make it thru.

I want to give this gym 5 stars because it is my second home, however... it is very dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. The women's waste basket in every stall is overflowing and it's common to find toilet paper wads left in the toilet. Things dont get fixed. They put a pink note on it and leave it. The Smith Machine has had a pink note on it for a week now and the hand dryer in the bathroom has had a pink note for over a month. Be that as it may, I love this gym. It's got everything that you need and the people are super nice. It's a small gym so you see the regulars.

One of the worst 24 hour Fitness gyms I've been too. Sweaty towels are left all over the gym. Weights are never re-racked and also all over. Very dangerous. Members here have the worst gym etiquette. Parking is good and it's close to my house. Hence the 2 stars.

After I cancelled my membership, they continued to charge me for 2 years.. I reported them to the better business bureau but I still have not received my $2K+ back. Unless you pay a reservation fee in advance, many of the classes are full and you waste your time going there. Why don't they put in more classes that are popular, there are certainly time slots available. It's probably b/c they do not want to spend money on teachers.. they must make HUGE bucks w/ such a large membership. The money should go into investing in more classes such as yoga that always fill up. They get stars for the politeness of staff, with several staff always greeting you when you enter and leave. Also, some of the class teachers are very experienced and know their field. They would have received great if they added more classes.

I've been going there for the cardio machines 4 to 5 times a week for the last 6 weeks. With the exception of one person, I'm always greeted with a smile and a "have a good workout!" The machines I like are never all taken, and, even if they were, there are plenty of other machines to choose from. The locker room is usually very clean, and the club is very clean overall. Showers are roomy but showing some age. The showers have never run out of either hot water or soap. The worst I can say is they ran out of large towels once, and I had to use two smaller towels. A higher level of service is certainly possible, but, from a 24 Hour Fitness, I getting much more than I'm looking for.

Great gym in Moraga, CA. Staff are helpfull. The place is always clean. The locker room is lux. Free weights, machines and treadmills are all in plentiful supply. Clientele is friendly. Plenty of free parking. Located next to the police station.

This gym has everything I need as far as machines and weights. There is never a wait. Things are very clean. You can't go wrong with this gym. I haven't tried the classes but it looks as if people are having fun.

I have reasonably good response from staff, except in one case when a staffer stopped me and said your membership had lapsed, apparently the thumb machine was faulty and did not show me coming in for a long time, so my insurance cancelled without telling me (I expected them to cancel since they are paying and I am not recording any attendance) it took several attempts to restart the membership. When in NY or CT. I usually go with my son and was always welcomed to use the facilities as a visitor with a member without charges (Normal cost for membership is $19/month, and it is month to month, no yearly contract needed, NYSC) When my son visited me this month, I took him, and was told I have to pay $25 for a daily pass, luckily the machine did not work and the gentleman, said just go in, so that was nice of him. So overall, I agree that it is not a Super Sport, but the staff are nice and deserve 5 stars, but the facilities and cost, get 2 stars, so the average is 3 1/2 stars.

Gym management is useless: club is dirty (a huge spot of pigeon poop has been by the main door for weeks, there are no garbage cans inside, equipment broken often), the trainers teach group classes taking over members' areas, etc. Not a gym for people that really train, the gym has many people being nasty about sharing equipment, they don't allow the use of chalk. The people at the front desk are very friendly, most of the trainers are pretty clueless.
