Given that this is a chain restaurant, it is rather necessary to judge it both on the corporate performance and the specific establishments performance. In terms of corporate performance, this Subway is like every other one; they are fairly interestinguishable. In terms of the specific location, I've only been here once, but I found the person behind the counter to be efficient, friendly, and engaging. No reason not to go here if you like subways restaurants.

They do not keep posted hours. They do not honor promotions. They are a sub-par Subway that barely is recognizable as such. I suspect they are suffering financial problems.

Subway is one of the few fast-food places that are in Moraga. It is not the highest quality sandwich you can get, but it is still decent for the price.

Total Rip off! They are super stingy with the meat. Especially compared to all the other Subway sandwich shops. I have been there twice and both times (different cashiers) got same low to meat sandwich. I just wish I could post a pic so you could see just how pathetic the sandwich really is. If you like lots of bread, barely any meat and getting ripped off ...then this is the place for you.
