I try to spend money every day here on my commute, but there are chronic problems here that are hurting the classic (but modern) McDonalds experience. A quick summary: Drive thru lanes don’t matter, orders are taken in whatever order. Hangry people driving and having queuing conflicts is a recipe for road rage. Look at your cameras, crew. Mobile ordering won’t let me add Mac Sauce to a McDouble so I don’t use it. With that said, human ordering sucks too; Frequently I will order a Sausage McGriddle meal and find it’s billed like a more expensive sandwich (with sans egg, cheese, etc.). I put in four years at McDonalds as a young adult, I know how the menus work over two iterations and this is simply the crew not understanding the menu themselves. It costs the customer as a result. That sucks. Lastly, there’s Starbucks all around. Learn to make an ice coffee competitively. Sheesh. Brew it right, don’t skimp that part. Your crew will drink it and perform if it’s good enough. The winning recipe for a med hazelnut iced coffee is: 1.5 pumps syrup, 2 cream, heavy ice. You’re welcome.

I don't know where other reviewers went. This location has one person who answers both drive thru speakers while verifying orders and making change. It's noisy and time consuming to go through the drive thru and once in line you can't get away.

We ordered happy meal because of Buzz light year's toy. Kids were excited and waited at home, but when they opened it was unknown giraffe toy!!! We call them to exchange ,but no Buzz toy and rude customer service!!! This is not a first time experience inSeaside McDonald!!,

Kids wanted Mickey D's, so I had to get a small cheeseburger. My burger was a fresh taste of nostalgia. Kids all hot chicken nuggets.

Terrible. Drive through ordered. Pulled up, they didn't even have my order, let alone have it ready. She looked confused as to why I was at the window. I don't know what happened. I'm sure they were just busy.

Absolutely love this location! They have a great play place that my 3 year old just loved. They keep it really clean and close it at specific times for sanitization. In addition to the climbing structure, there is also two computer tables where you can play games on the touch screen. That was even fun for the adults! Food was what you’d expect from any McDonald’s. The staff was very friendly. Whole restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend this location for a lunch time energy burn or rainy day energy burn. Lots of fun.

I visited this establishment on 4/29/22 @ 9:15a. Very clean and with the latest technology where it allows you to place an order and have no contact with the registered employee. I proceeded to order by placing my order through using the electronic kiosk, in which it instructed me to enter a table # (112) in which my food would be brought to me. This is where the service caused me to write this review. After about 5 minutes, the employee yelled out my number to come pick up my food order from the counter window. I ignored her with hopes they would bring the food to the table (as instructed). My order sat on the counter another 4 minutes until a 2nd employee yelled out louder that my order was ready for pick up. Keep in mind I was the only customer inside and there were 4 employees behind the counter joking, talking, and all starring at me to get up and come retrieve my order. When I tried to get their attention through the plexiglass, they ignored me and continued with their private discussions. Very poor service and very unprofessional for being a renovated and fairly new establishment since the rebuild.

Nice place to stop by for Mc Cafe coffee or a quick lunch. The manager Hershey was nice and she made our order of 8 iced coffee quickly. Restrooms are clean and there are two hand dryers in the men’s room so it’s easier to fully dry your hands.

This place is on 🔥FIRE 🔥 they straight dishing orders out like crazy. Never a wait💯🙌 You gotta try the 2 for 5 sausage egg and cheese and add a hash brown up in that beezie! Super bomb
