Absolutely love this location! They have a great play place that my 3 year old just loved. They keep it really clean and close it at specific times for sanitization. In addition to the climbing structure, there is also two computer tables where you can play games on the touch screen. That was even fun for the adults! Food was what you’d expect from any McDonald’s. The staff was very friendly. Whole restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend this location for a lunch time energy burn or rainy day energy burn. We stopped at this random Carl's Jr. During a road trip. The line wasn't that long but the food came out quickly, but not too quickly to make you think that the food's been sitting around forever. The food was fresh, hot and tasty, so it was a perfect drive-thru experience. ~Michael

Husband made contact with him in person, took a photograph of the french doors we needed to replace. Husband was told no problem, he would come out and take measurements soon. 3 weeks later, no call, no measurements. Husband called and spoke with him and he apologized for forgetting and said he would look for the photos my husband brought him and call him right back. That was a week ago, NO callback! ~Patty

I have been a customer of Granite rock for going on 30 years. I have been a loyal customer and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars if not a million. I have had a few interactions with your general manager and I have to say he has been nothing but rude. In the last few years the customer service as well as the product supply has gone way down hill. The morale of employees also has gone down. This guy may be after the bottom dollar but he may run your company to the ground. I will think twice about making purchases here in the future because of this a*#. ~Shadd

Would not cash my western union check because it was a month old. He said it's his store policy and was very rude. Avoid this place, it's a waste of your time. ~Donna
