Overall our experience was okay. I took my yorkipoo in for her yearly checkup & shots. They were busy & we were asked to wait in the lobby while Khole got her shots. $200 later we left with my payment receipt. It just dawned on me we did not receive our rabie tag or vax records so I called in & they will be mailing out. Kinda disappointed our visit was not complete.

Nice employees that understanding when your dog decides to relieve its self in store. Good selection of toys and leashes. Only complaint is that the Banfield is visible from the register, which scarred the heck out of my old dog, who did not like the vet. Very niche complaint. Overall great store for general pet needs.

Best store on the peninsula for all your animal's needs, great selections of foods, and fury friends to adopt also. Huge selections of fish as well, along with friendly customer service. Thumbs up!

PetSmart no longer carries enough stock of alot of items. I have found that both the Salinas and Sand City locations always out of my personally needed items. Prices are higher than small pet stores so I will no longer be supporting the local PetSmarts anymore.

Petsmart in Sand City is one of the best pet shops I have been in to in a while. It is well stocked and the staff is really nice. As a pet owner having a good store to go, to for one's pet's needs is important. I give five stars to this store and they are well deserved.

I don't do reviews usually but I do today because we had a grooming service for my dog and I believe it was phenomenal. I dropped off my dog@3 and they took 3 and half hours to do all the work for my shedding dog. He can be pain and the neck when it comes to grooming, he gets anxiety and definitely not and easy dog to deal with. I got a phone call and said they need more time because my dog needed some rest (he doesn't like dryer) If they don't care, they would have just done ok job, but they took their time to do all the details and work with him patiently. That means a lot to me because we can't see how people treat dogs after dropping off. One time I used "Home away home" and they didn't do a good job. My dog came home half wet, still shedding a lot and everything was done in 45 min. I paid $60 for that and wasn't happy. Today, I'm happy with the lady Jupiter. Thank you for treating my dog with patience and doing a great job. I'll be back!

Great Stop for all you need for your puppy... ours got 2 new beds some chews and packs of food. 200 dollars later ... He is worth is!! Thank You Pet Smart

My dog came back to us nice and clean. Her fur was given a fur cut and was nice and even. She was happy afterward when we picked her up from the store.

I got two new snails and they are doing amazing! I have a Male betta and I wanted to buy some buddies for him but because they're so territorial, I couldn't get fish so they recommended me these two little guys! They were very helpful with helping me find their food and setting up the type of environment they need! Would come here again!
