The batta fish were mostly sick or dead . The water was dirty in the batta cups . Our mission to buy a fish, became which one should we save. We brought a sick one home hopefully it survives. I was surprised the cashier did not notice the fish we choose was half dead.

It's clean. The staff is efficient and friendly The only issue is when people don't read the sign as to where the line starts. They assume it starts at the register but then you look up and turn around and there's a whole line of people gazing at you. Before going, always remember reading is fundamental and always be polite to your fellow pet parents no matter the breed or the animal. 💜

The staff there is always very helpful & pleasant! The lady at the cash register gave me a great tip on female dog diapers. Duct tape to help them stay on better all night!

A half hour before closing time. Needed help and had to search for associates. No one was proactive about helping. All they would say is I don't think we carry that item. No suggestions or effort made to find a like product. They were more anxious to get you out of the store and go home. I understand wanting to get off, but helping customers is paying for your job to employ them. Give customer service and you'll find your job more rewarding, and have customers who will return and buy more.

****Update**** 7/1/2022 I ordered curbside pick up. When I called to pick up my order I was asked to go inside, not a problem what so ever. Once inside it took quite a while to be acknowledged even though the so called manager Mercari (not sure if that's the correct spelling) was staring directly at me for severalminutes. Customer service is lacking greatly yet again if management does not lead by example there is no surprise there. ------- Just got my first bird here amd going back to get another 45 minutes later to give my bird a little buddy.

The line…it is always long. I do not recommend doing the pickup ordering. Better to go in to see what they have, not to mention when your order is ready and you go in, nobody is ever at the place where it says to pick up.

Love this place! They provide a wide variety of pet supplies and food. Especially the fish isle. They have a nice variety of fishes to pick from and start your own aquarium. Along with water conditioners to keep your fish alive

My experience was good went in to buy dog food and fish food. But the cashier told the person after me that was paying don't buy the fish it's just going to die on you. You have no experience with fish. Instead of educating the customer. I talked to the customer and told them how to set the fish tank with fish up for success. Me being a fish tank owner of many years now Noth fresh and saltwater. I think educating would have been better instead of your fish are going to die don't buy them.

The treatment of your employee's is NOT OK. Their is a girl they said was NEW and she was DEAF and hard of hearing and is mostly ok with lip reading but the manager or the lady i seen telling everyone what to do was abosultely disrespectful towards her and had no patients for her what so ever. Being deaf is a disability and you should give her reasonable accomadation. That treatment was just horrendous and i will be submitting a complaint about the behaviour i witnessed of that employee to corporate that is ridiculous. Do better REALLY!!!!

Best Petsmart ever! Been going here for the last few years to buy my German Shepherds food and treats. I always have the best experience when I get helped out by Tracey.
