Was.not happy with any of my visits to this place. They could use some help with this place, cheap is the quality of their inventory. But they are asking the prices you would expect to be on good qauity merchandise. Sorry to say they don't have qality anything. Not even the staff

I came in so worried and confused because my daughter's fish had died and Ms. Dee helped me out to save her other fish. She was so sweet and understand and very patience because I knew nothing about fish. Not even the size of the tank. But she knew just how to help me. I am so grateful! Made my daughter smile knowing that her pet fish will be alright. Thank You Ms. Dee! Its the little things that make a difference.

Finally and most importantly, when I got home, I saw the groomer cut my baby. I immediately wrote Petco customer care for a refund. The store manager called me and said, “the picture isn’t really clear, but ultimately she’s ok, right? It’s really like a heat burn when you’re shaving.” Sir, don’t try to reduce what happened to an oversight, your groomer cut my dog and didn’t tell me. (Read the other 1 star reviews. It clearly is what they do here). He offered to comp her next service, but that’s a joke. I will never go back. Support your local groomers, or visit HB. The girls there are awesome.

At checkout, I had to continuously ask Jose to speak up. Yes I understand we have to wear mask and I support that. However, you can elevate your voice without yelling so that customer can hear you. I needed a dog tag made lucky the machine was easy to use, because was not very helpful. He is very nice and has great service skills, but could use some training in these areas.
