Wells Fargo Bank
Customer service needs to be reevaluated at this branch. On 1/7/22 a customer with medical limitations/ medically disabled was treated very poorly by the manager/supervisor of the branch and some staff. I saw that the man was quite upset about the long wait and none of the staff was helping him after he had explained his situation. He said he was a cancer patient and had recently had surgery as well and he became super upset and did voice is frustration loudly but who wouldn't if you were being ignored. I understand he should have been upset with the security personnel since she has no control over the services rendered in the branch but none of the staff were appropriately handling the situation. The ones addressing him were being very rude and unprofessional. The "manager" stepped in to handle the customer but just was speaking very loud and aggressively to the customer and allowed the other customers to ok insult the man instead of quickly and calmly addressing the situation. She finally told him of wanted to get helped she would if he got up from the disabled booth and walked to a in different teller booth and stand you instead of being seated. The man did apologize for his behavior but she was still speaking to him very rudely to him throughout the whole transaction. After the man left, she was making sarcastic remarks about the situation thinking no one was listening but i was. I personally would not like to be treated that way hence i would not recommend this branch to anyone. All the staff seem complacent with the Manager's behavior. Maybe they should all be retrained in customer service and learn to handle these situations appropriately with a smile and not being passive aggressive. ~Jasmine

Clean and super organized…took little one for a quick hello to all the little animals there…super cool and cute adventure and possibilities of new pet in mind we were able to see and enjoy other pets visiting there with their owners and also getting some sweet hellos … ~Elena
U.S. Bank Branch
Had a very bad experience here. Let feeling awful. I have been with this bank for over 20 years, before it was US bank. I have never been so upset during any process! It should have been a pleasant experience. I'm always bragging about my bank and brought someone with me. He is struggling with health issues and considering opening an account. After he said he was upset that I continue to give my business to such a place. I apologized that I took him out for that display. I still defended US bank in that this is a one- time incident to be corrected. Must be this branch! The manager and banker were both very curt with me. The manager even raised his voice to make me respond to questions I was weary of answering. If I wasn't in need of that product, that day, I wouldn't walked out. There are more details to add, but these are enough to support my rating. Overall, I'm very disappointed. The way the banker and the manager were acting, was unprofessional. I realize that I was questioning the data collection, but as i disclosed, I'm in data integrity and always question it. They seemed so offended. As a female and a Latina, I couldn't help, but to feel discrimination undertones, based on the men who "helped" me. ~Elle
Tool & Truck Rental Center at The Home Depot
Worst ever. After completion of project i noticed blue lines all over the areas of concrete that were just cleaned and paint removed. It was from the hose of the pressure washer. Caused me to return next day and re pressure wash entire job taking 3.5 hours. Homedepot said "no one complained before" then to placate they said " I can remove the sales tax and 3 hours." I look at reciept he did neither and charged me full pop. Very disappointing to be lied to like that. ~Andrew

Ask for Robert he knows what is up and knows the trade very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Also communicate to him what you want and payment details before he inputs into system. Call ahead if they have the part and get the part ready for pick up for faster service ~James
Sport Kilt
Sales guys are honest and know their merchandise well. The kilts are high quality and not a scratchy material. Bought a kilt from them at Scottish fest and came to the warehouse to get more. They're addicting and a great price. ~Tess
