Had a very bad experience here. Let feeling awful. I have been with this bank for over 20 years, before it was US bank. I have never been so upset during any process!
It should have been a pleasant experience. I'm always bragging about my bank and brought someone with me. He is struggling with health issues and considering opening an account. After he said he was upset that I continue to give my business to such a place. I apologized that I took him out for that display. I still defended US bank in that this is a one- time incident to be corrected. Must be this branch!
The manager and banker were both very curt with me. The manager even raised his voice to make me respond to questions I was weary of answering. If I wasn't in need of that product, that day, I wouldn't walked out.
There are more details to add, but these are enough to support my rating.
Overall, I'm very disappointed. The way the banker and the manager were acting, was unprofessional. I realize that I was questioning the data collection, but as i disclosed, I'm in data integrity and always question it. They seemed so offended. As a female and a Latina, I couldn't help, but to feel discrimination undertones, based on the men who "helped" me. ~Elle
