Wow! Edwin is truly awesome. So I arrived to the store with three people already inside and shortly after my arrival another 4 people came in. There were at least 3 individuals who came in for paint, one of which was from marriot and needed what sounded like 10 cans mixed, and the others all needed multiple cans as well. Then there was a gentleman in there with some very high level issues he was needing help on and I watched as Edwin just seamlessly managed everyone. No one was agitated, or frustrated from feeling ignored and he was able to move around from customer to customer quickly. He got to a stopping point with the individual with what seemed to be a very complex issue, so the man could phone in the new set of answers, which Edwin then took the time to greet me, identify my needs, and then continue on. I was dropping off a lot of old paint from the cleaning out of a family members estate. He asked if I could wait for just a moment and I was happy to. I figured it would be a little while, I wasn't wanting to come before customers needing to buy, although the home is being painted next week and we are using painters who will be buying paint from this store. It surprised me when only a few minutes went by and here's Edwin walking out with a customer who was parked next to me, and he knocked on my window letting me know he would be able to help me, and where to leave my couple of boxes of old paint cans. The store was spotless and merchandised so well. He was as efficient as the best triage nurse in the busiest hospital on the busiest night and when he spoke he listened, he evaluated, he considered options and he provided what was sound advice and support. Edwin was alone and was totally calm, at least on the outside and he was just awesome to all of us waiting for help. Everyone who knows me knows that Costco is my favorite place to shop. Costco carries everything I need in bulk. Making a Costco trip means not having to shop for at least a month. The membership is worth it just to get the inexpensive gas. ~Molly

Never judge a book by its cover, looks can be deceiving! I came to this location from Temecula primarily because Nate Jones Tire Co is one of the few places that still provides Tire Shaving! This is a family owned and operated establishment. Nate JR greeted my wife and i at the gate, got my keys and phone number, and told me he would give me a call if he finishes early. About 45 mins later we walked back and our vehicle was literally just being finished. In all seriousness this service saved me from having to purchase a full new set of tires! Anyways, Nate senior chatted us up about the area and suggested the USS Iowa Museum with a flyer and buy one get one free entry coupon! Super humble Guys with fair prices! My experience at the store was great. Sales representative was very helpful and nice. However, i give it 3 stars because the couch delivered is much harder than the one i tried at the store. I understand that people sit on it and get used daily, but this was my main reason for buying , I had to make sure it was not too firm for my back. I hope it will soften a bit as weeks go by or else i would have lost $900 .. ~Vivi
