The store is so cool 😎. Lots to choose from and all kinds of things to eat. Plus there is quick food out side.

As a single person I don't buy a lot of food at Costco. But I always stock up on all my paper goods, laundry detergent and dog food. I always save a lot just on those basics. And Costco always has the best prices for gas in town so I always fill up here!

I genuinely hate that this is the Costco I live closest too from the huge crowd, poorly designed parking, and the excess workers that do the same jobs. Management is annoying and the return ladies can be rude. The only reason it gets 2 stars is the free samples have been getting better lately but varies by day and time.

I went in 06/30/22 @ about 12:30 pm into the customer service department to return a package of chicken I had just bought … I wanted to change the cut of chicken .. like i said I had just bought it literally wasn’t expired or anything not open nothing .. and when I went to return it there was an Asian male working there … he called me over and greeted me & then asked me what’s wrong with the chicken I explained I just wanted to get another cut I got the wrong one but I just bought it … he proceeded to tell me that next time I need to pay attention to the kind of cut because now Costco can’t sell it due to my mistake ????????? & to make sure I grab the right one this time ??????? & he said that he was noting it in my account that we had this conversation so that next time I won’t be able to exchange . & that it was a waste of food . I have never been spoken to like that at any Costco ever including this one I understand where he is coming from but there are ways to say things nicely and also what happen to the 100% customer satisfaction or your money back guarantee but can’t exchange some chicken ????? lol come on Costco .

Peak hours could use more assistance at the registers. It is a big push for self check out, but you constantly need the assistance of a clerk, so that no faster. Off peak hours are the best. The store is clean and very well organized.

Best 👌 spot in town to grocery shop for my family. I highly recommend joining a Costco membership. It pays for it's self your first visit.

Not my favorite Costco location in the world. The parking lot is a pain to navigate, and the store feels... Narrow? You end up way in the back of the store just to get paper towels, toilet paper, and non-alcoholic beverages. And the last time I was there, the selection seemed a bit slimmer than my latest experiences at the Torrance and Cypress locations. Despite all that, I get good service here. They still have the food court, which is solid. And they still have everything you *need.*

The Signal Hill Costco is very nice. From the clientele to the employees, everyone was kind and polite. There was a good variety of items that you don't find at the District store in Tustin. Also we were only in Costco gas line for 20 minutes. Overall a very nice visit to the Signal Hill Costco.

Everyone who knows me knows that Costco is my favorite place to shop. Costco carries everything I need in bulk. Making a Costco trip means not having to shop for at least a month. The membership is worth it just to get the inexpensive gas.
