This review is solely based on my last experience. I went in for a refund without my receipt which was handled without an issue . The only thing that was an issue was upon giving me my cash refund of $62.53 the cashier placed the money in my hand and said, thank you have a nice day. When I got outside, money still in my hand, I went to place my refund in my wallet and that's when I noticed I was shorted $20. I immediately went back in to get this taken care of but was met with, "You we're given the correct amount. How do we know you aren't just saying this?" Basically accused of stealing. Instead of getting into an altercation I decided to chalk it up to lesson learned but I will NOT be going back

I rented a carpet cleaner and it did a phenomenal job on my carpet; it's fluffy, soft, and clean again!! To top it off the pricing was excellent for the machine; only 24.99 (excluding tax). The liquid cleaners will set you back around 25.00. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used to shop at this PetSmart all the time but started going to Petco because it was closer. One day Petco was out of something so I made the trip to PetSmart and was greeted by Suzanne who was working at the register. She was very helpful and super friendly. She made such a great impression on me that I came back again and then met Tiffany in the aquatics department. She was very knowledgeable and I really felt that she knew what she was talking about and wants to not only help the customer but be sure the fish will be cared for properly. The only downer is trying to get into the parking lot with the Costco gas people blocking the entrance!

It was better today, supplies were available with crickets. My newly bullfrog got full really quick. I don't think it will be jumping out of it's enclosure anytime soon. I'm not big on tops for aquariums unless I need it to protect it from my cats fishing them out!

Service today was horrible with the groomers. My dog has been coming here since he was born. These new groomers made it seem as if they knew what they were doing and they did not. They accuse my dog of lashing out on them and immediately tried to ban him from receiving services from them. When it was time to pick my dog up he had patches of skin showing underneath his neck. Left his legs half way cut, leaving this unpleasant choppy look. They didn’t finish his face nor his tail. My dog looked distressed the whole ride home. I would appreciate if someone from higher management can contact me back as soon as possible with the service that was given to me today on Benjaman. So that we can get something resolved for my dog doesn’t have to walk around under this distress. Because I am very embarrassed with the service that was done today.
