I went through the drive-thru with my niece to order food the employee said give me one moment and we waited there for 10 minutes and three cars have passed us in the other lane already it's bad service. I don't understand why they didn't want to take our order maybe they're racist.

Not too busy, but the manager kinda made it a longer wait by checking then rechecking the same bags (seemed like he couldn't keep track) turned out it was a couple Uber orders that held his attention.

Probably the best Wendys in the area. Food is always hot n fresh. They've never gotten my order wrong. Customer service is always very nice. What more can you ask for??

I Love the food at Wendy's. I need 3 BBQ sauces to eat and enjoy a large fries. When I order I include and 3 BBQ sauces in the order, sometimes I get charged for BBQ sauces. But nothing is more frustrating, it happens all the time at Wendy's drive thru, I open my bag and there are no BBQ sauces.

“Dine in close, dine in close” I was in the line inside the store to pick up order. Indian lady talking to relatives on the phone keep saying “dine in close” when it waa my Turn. I told her I’ve been waiting on the line just to pick up a uber order. Had to cancel the order since the drive thru was long line. Terrible service.

I love this location is always in and out, but the costumer service this time wasn’t great the person on the window was kinda rude, I ask her for extra napkins and she gave me attitude and as soon as she gave them to me she slammed the window really bad. I’ll keep going back for sure but they should train their people better
