i’m usually hesitant to come to stores to ask for help with my phone when i’m having an issue, most times it feels like i am not heard or the issue isn’t fixed. i met Michael at this location and got a total new experience. he was attentive, patient, and highly knowledgeable. he had an answer for every question i had and made it very easy to understand. i’m planning on upgrading phones for my family soon, i will be coming back directly to michael as i am sure it will be another great experience. great location, great representative. highly recommend!

Today I went to this place to get a phone, since my old phone has recently died on me by not connecting anymore like the way it’s supposed to be , I’ll make it short there’s one employee that is kinda rude to me today while didn’t seemed like he helped me that enough information but I eventually bought the phone , this guy has me scared to my knees. I don’t know how he can work there knowingly it’s a good phone company . I’m hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else. While I observed the other employee explaining more about the promotions they had , this guy didn’t at all. I just hope the manager see this comment. I should not have been treated this way, the customer is always right, that’s how you keep the business going. Next time I hope not run into him. Make sure you hire better people that would actually help and don’t give you an attitude back. Worst service I had today. I knew I should of gone some other t mobile but i didn’t due to the lack that I needed a new phone to be working well. 😔😩😑.
