My experience at the store was great. Sales representative was very helpful and nice. However, i give it 3 stars because the couch delivered is much harder than the one i tried at the store. I understand that people sit on it and get used daily, but this was my main reason for buying , I had to make sure it was not too firm for my back. I hope it will soften a bit as weeks go by or else i would have lost $900 ..

Movers busted my walls!!! Chris the assistant Manager should a be fired. I bought over $3000 worth of furniture when the bar stools I ordered arrived i smelled a funny smell coming off of them but I thought maybe it was the box but when I saw the BIG warning sign saying may cause cancer and birth defects as I am already pregnant I brought them back to the store and told him I was pregnant and the smell bothered me please take them it has a chemical warning sign on them. He stuck me with the stool and told me to drive them a 15 minutes to another store when Julia at the main location in Gardenia told me he could have excepted the stools I’m still smelling them in the back of my car and I can hardly breathe Assault? This only furthers my claim just be sure to refund everything that was returned which was 2 sets of stools and a vacuum that did not work. As mentioned Chris should be fired he could have been more professional as well as the lady who claims she was assaulted after putting her body on my wagon which cared the 4 bar stools she tried to say was delivered by mistake attempting to PREVENT me from having access to the stool I brought into your wear house. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL I would not like to return to this sort of environment after investing over $3000 in one order. And if anything is being left out it’s the part where I ALSO RECEIVED A DAMAGED LIGHT FIXTURE AS YOU ARE ALREADY AWARE NEEDS REPLACED…. But why would I return to such a low class environment Also I am still waiting for someone to get in touch with me for the BUSTED WALL from the movers, thanks a lot

I bought a table, and this was a few years ago. The salesman weren't pushy from what I recall, and the selection was fair and offered delivery and setup. I gave them a call this year, asking some questions about my purchase. Amd knowing I'm unable to buy from them again were quite kind and helpful in getting me the information I needed.

I ordered a bed from here yesterday and was told by the cashier and the sales representative that it would be delivered tomorrow. I signed the papers with out looking at the date because they kept saying tomorrow now Theyer saying there’s nothing they can do. This store needs better communication. I’m now not able to take my kids to Disney like we planned since I have to be home all day Saturday. I will not go to another naders again.

This place is awful I repeat stay away from this store and all other related Nader's Popular stores or warehouses they have bed bugs I repeat they have bed bugs "Alert" this place has bedbugs please do not be fooled they have bed bugs please believe me I wake up every day with bed bug bites I paid 450$ for a couch and it had bed bugs Nader's won't do anything to help me they stole my money and won't refund my money and won't replace the couch they have bed bugs please don't trust any of their distributors they are all in it together they purchase their items from Canada and nobody will help you the customer service representative act very ghetto and childish they refuse to help me even tho the couch had a 1 year warranty for defects please stay away from these stores I repeat they have bed bugs someone that reads this please help me call the health department on the Naders so they can shut it down any body that works for the city any attorneys please help they don't want to help me with this issues don't do business with Naders la popular ... This is my 2nd time purchasing something from Nader's. My first time was from the Gardena location so I'm a repeat customer. Chris at the Long Beach location was super helpful and attentive. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or to purchase something outside of my budget. This is good store if your looking for furniture on a budget but not cheap looking. They also have progressive leasing which helps also.

Sofa is good but delivery has unprofessional stuff. Couldn’t put the couch in apartment. But me and my friend did it. I wasn’t easy, but it was possible (no scratch, no damage). My friend was tired, I have injured arm. Who works for you in delivery? An Invalids, have no experience or laziest deliveryman? Result: quality of furniture is good, experience of delivery is awful!!!
