I would kindly ask anyone who goes here for a vaccine to not too. I went here two times and for my first vaccine one of the pharmacists put in the vaccine too quick and it made a splurting noise in my arm which is uncomfortable to hear. The second time, a pharmacist did not know English well and put the vaccine in my arm too deep (and I don’t bleed easily) and once he pulled it out there was blood dripping down from my shoulder to my elbow. Really upsetting….upfront pharmacists were nice but I really want the pharmacists who do the vaccines to practice more often instead of rushing their vaccines into patients and for more care as well.

I had poor customer service and would like to share my experience with Rite Aid’s policies so corporate can make adjustments according. I pulled into the drive thru for covid testing in Niles, MI. I let the staff know that I tried three times to schedule an appointment for testing on the quest website they refer us to get an appointment and every time the webpage said “oops. Something went wrong.” Upon letting the pharm tech know that I couldn’t schedule an appointment online, I kindly pleading for a covid test. She said that she couldn’t give me a covid test, and I get that if that’s a policy. However, what was not okay she gave me a number to call and let quest know that it wasn’t working after I showed her what was happening. As staff whose systems aren’t working, they should be the ones who call quest and figure out why the system isn’t working. Not the sick customers who barely have any strength. I’ve had issues with customer service before at Rite Aid. I went to schedule an appointment at Walgreens right after and had no issues with their scheduling software. As someone who is a pleasant customer but has not gotten good care, I am considering switching pharmacies all together. I hope that corporate takes into account these Google reviews and takes things into account when they consider their policies and give alternatives to the scheduling software for when it breaks down.

Placed an order and waited and waited. When I finally called they didn’t have it in stock. I told them they should let the customer know. They said they do not have the ability to do that. I know there are short supply and short staffed places everywhere but it was just plain inconsiderate.

The 'old'mangers made sure everything was done, you could walk in and see them working hard to make sure everything was perfect.. the "new" manger that was working tonight, young blonde with glasses, let another employee hold up the line for 20 mins while she figured put which shampoos would be on sale the next day....?????? The young man that has worked there for a very long time got quite flustered knowing it was wrong and the line was growing. Companies with cameras need to watch them for their employees not just customers! Not the 1st time that young girl has not managed properly while her employees look upset..

Purchased the wrong razor blades yesterday. I grabbed Schick Quattros instead of Hydros. Popped in today to exchange. Nope. The very rude young man at the counter said not without a receipt. I told him I used my rite aid card, he rudely let me know they can’t track that. I mentioned they do at Walgreens, he rambled on about because with their card you earn points. Ok, so I asked why do I use a rite aid card, thinking other than so you can round up my purchase every time to the next dollar…he said I don’t know. He then tells me he will give me 1/2 my money back. I don’t want money back, I just want to exchange the blades. I just looked at him for a sec and said, so I should just shop at Walgreens, then. He said, mmm hmmm (the agreeing sound of yes). I told him I would from here on out. Tossed my rite aid card. Won’t be back. Do better, Rite Aid.

I started to come here because of it's convenient location. But I keep coming here because I appreciate the drive-thru service and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I can stop here and walk in and get a few things and know that the service will be quick. The cashier usually says hi when I or anyone walks in the door...not necessary but a nice thing to do for customers. Getting a prescription filled without much of a hassle is why I go to this Rite Aid.

I never had a problem with this place until today. There was no one in front and the lady behind tried to find someone and she was just looking for someone with a name tag. Well she thought she found someone but no. She said I don't work here in rude tone. Like smh. I know covid is still going around but that lady didn't have to be rude!!!

They refused to run my wife’s secondary insurance and was extremely rude. Nothing like finding out a pre-existing condition medication was not covered by the one insurance after four years, but you would think that they would have the courteousness to check our other insurance but the lady refused rudely. We used Martin’s pharmacy for years and they would even help in finding coupons, but sadly we moved back home to Niles. At least the old Osco’s supported local sports and community events but Niles let all these chains in to town.

I love this store. Prices are fair, awesome selection of outdoor decor, vitamins, makeup, and lots of other odds and ends. The staff is always kind and professional.
