I purchased several hundred dollars in bedding/other household items from this store on Saturday, 7/23. I came back the following day to return a $15 table runner that turned out to be too short (I had removed it from the ribbon that came tied around it to try it out, then tied the ribbon back around it when I decided to return it). The returns desk refused to take it back because the SKU/label on the ribbon was apparently for another $15 table runner of exactly identical dimensions, just a different patterned print- a complete analogue of the one I had purchased, but with jungle/rainforest print instead of geometric. Probably a previous return that was incorrectly repackaged by the staff at this store. Megan and the other lady at the desk were completely condescending and unhelpful, pointing out that the item I wanted to return didn’t match the print of the item on the SKU (Okay.), treated me like a criminal, and told me it was “prerogative” when I advised her of my intention to file a complaint. I’ve never seen less desire to help a customer. Not the quality of service I would expect at a Target.

Now I have a ding on my credit and a line of credit that can only be used at Target on an XBOX series X. Target is doing nothing to remedy the situation. They are actually doing less than nothing since you would think they would help me get my product one way or another but instead it is my job to check the website everyday and how that one becomes available. And if one doesn't become available in 90 days my line of credit closes but the hard inquiry will remain for 2 years. Thanks Target

I did a Shipt order on 1/1/22 at this location. I’m an independent contractor so I am my own boss. The employees stood around and talked about me and then had Matt approach me. I can shop for a customers order and be out in less than an hour plus deliver. Your customer service employees just stand around and do absolutely nothing at all but gossip. There’s a reason why I have excellent ratings and make $150+ a day. There is a reason why I made $1200+ in 10 days. There’s a reason why I choose to do what I do because I don’t have a boss. I am my own boss and I am in charge. And I make great money. I’ll never do jobs at this location again despite the fact that literally nobody does them. I suggest to them to mind their own business.
