Saw many employees standing around, when there was work to be done. Had to work around the many carts with stuff to put up. There was 2 employees standing talking which made it hard for me trying to find a pair of jeans. Walmart this use to be a cleaner store!

They have completey ruined the layout inside especially in health and beauty section. They turned it into a maze and a dead end. Hard to find things over there too. Also all turkey burgers by butterball ring up higher than priced in store, so of your not paying attention, it is quite the scam.

I find most Wal-Marts now have way too many empty shelves. I can never go there and get everything I want in one trip. Most of the time I have to go to other stores to get those items I cant find there. I also do not like having to exit thru the checkouts if I don't buy anything. It's like WM is trying to acclimate us to communism with all the empty shelves and restricted exits. I typically only go to WM begrudgingly any more.

I will never shop here again. There were several people in a line to leave the store. One little old woman was checking receipts because someone had gone thru self service without paying for everything. Apparently they weren't well trained to check out. Isn't that why one person monitors five or six machines. That way you don't have to pay a living wage to real people? Don't try to stop me from leaving the store after I've paid for my stuff! If you're so concerned about a box of cornflakes, or whatever, take your steps, but leave your customers alone. At the very least there should have been a manager helping not a dozen customers standing at the door as hostages.

Back to Long, long lines. They have completey ruined the Sherman Walmart with it's latest "upgrade". The check out design has caused us to go back 10 years in time, it takes so much time now, no more in and out. You have to search for drinks somewhere, and when you do find a cooler, it's stock is warm. Can't blame the lack of stock of items on Walmart but everything is going down hill and whoever came up with it needs to go shopping in their own store because the function is loss and I hope they don't plan to change other Walmarts. We've been traveling to Sherman even though we live in Denison but guess we're going back to them. They have had what the other hasn't for the last month and the design is still the same. Please do not change it to be all self checkouts, you have no idea how much slower it makes everything. You have a whole cart to self check out and with an old man or person who can barely or should be lifting their own items out and it takes forever to be next. Not ideal at all.

Bought 4 bags of ice at self check. Discovered they weren’t selling ice during the remodel. Attendant was apathetic. Had to stand in customer service line 22 minutes for a refund. CS only staffed by 1 person even though the line wrapped around the front of the store. CS actually checked out a cart of groceries for customer. Other customers in line were there to address problems with their pickup orders. Customers were exceedingly patient in this store created stressful environment. Store was extremely busy, staff was apathetic, customer service was nonexistent. Lots of employees hovering around and working busy checkout lanes. I definitely believe it was purposeful that there was only 1 employee actually working CS. I will pay more to shop at Albertsons down the street.

I called on 6-20-22 to talk to automotive the customer service lady put me on hold while she transferred the call. No one answered. She came back on the line and said it was 7:05 and they were closed. I asked if her if they still took tires to be recycled. She said yes and t was $2 per tire. I asked if we just bring them to automotive anytime before 7 pm. She again stated yes. We are clearing off land and have a trailer load of tires. We enlisted help getting them loaded and drove up there tonight 6-21-22 at 6 pm. One of the automotive guys said you need to fill out the paperwork and we take them at $2 per tire. One guy said I don’t know how to Do it then they asked A third and he said we aren’t taking them anymore. I told him I had just called the day before and they had told Me yea. I went to Talk to the store manager and he was gone but they got the associate manager “crystal”. She walked over to automotive to Talk to them. She wanted to know who I had talked to because automotive closed at 7. I told her and the automotive guy that I had tried to talk to automotive but there was no answer and then customer service came back on the line to say they were closed now. She was the one that told me that your store took them. While I was telling them crystal rolled her eyes and shook her head to the guy right in front of me. As if I was lying to them. First of all, I had no reason to lie! Your associates need to know the correct answer if they are giving out answers. Also your people in charge don’t need be so disrespectful and rude!!!!

Great place to shop... doesn't really have some products other places do, but I make do with it. After all, it is one of the biggest grocery stores in America.

I don't like being illegally searched every time I go there. I know they claim it's for shoplifters. So they want me to prove I am not. According to the scummy trash bags that own Walmart the Constitution that protects me from illegal search and seizure means nothing.

So, its a Wal-Mart, cant expect much and boy do they deliver! You can count on them to be out of the most popular staples that they know always should be ordered and stocked. Also the help you get when asking a clerk where something may be is so lacking its also a wonder they staff hasn't hurt themselves rolling their eye's at customers. So sorry to have bothered y'all at your job, where its your job to help the customer's.
